Other than the restrictions placed on this hotel due to Covid 19 by the sheeple It was a great place to stay

Selected hotel based off of amenities, upon arrival was informed that several was closed bc of COVID, this would have been nice to know before hand. Then got in first room and toilet did not work. Second room, the tv cable had been ripped out so it didn’t work. Third room everything worked I suppose the ac worked the best, walls were pretty thin and we were roomed between 2 family’s with infant kids, whom screamed or woke up before the sun everyday. Everything was closed down except for the bar, which nobody was wearing a mask, even though it was “required”. Not a decent time at all.

The breakfast wasnt their fault, but i wasnt able to call it a meal, it just held us over til we got the car loaded. The room was VERY clean, but all of us thought it was the MOST uncomfortable bed we had ever slept on. The ladies at check in were great and very helpful. Sabrina made sure we had everything we needed.

The TV would not work and the bathroom sink was stopped up so I had to change rooms. In the second room it smelled like someone had been smoking in it,the shower door was about to come off the wall and the light in the shower was flickering all the time. The A/C unit was real noisy like the fan was loose. I had to go and have my key card replaced because it would not let me in the door a couple of times and the ice machine was not working. This is a really nice place and it was very quiet. It just needs some maintenance attention

WE have stayed here several times over the years. It's amazing to me that it still looks brand new.

We reserved 2 rooms at the same time for our faniku and were put on 1st and 3rd floors. The first floor room smelled strongly of mildew and the bathroom was not cleaned well. The tv quit working and they didnt have available anyone to fix it until after checkout time. We got it working ourselves by unplugging and resetting it. The 3rd floor room also smelled of mildew. There was a dead roach on the floor and a pony tail holder from a previous guest. The sinks had scum around the drains also, the face tissues were empty when we arrived. The mattresses were hard to sleep on with no gibe at all. Because of Covid-19, breakfast was modified which is understandable. We were told self bake/serve waffles and other foods would be available until 10a. They didn't refill the batter after 9a. All of my children wanted waffles, none got any after another guest made 2 for himself and his wife. There was a small selection of baked items that had sat in covered dishes overnight. Cups of microwave oatmeal and toppings. Only cow milk (no non-dairy milks), orange juice and unsweetened cranberry cocktail available to drink. Hot coffee and tea was available with good selection of syrups, and cold cream but no decaf. The bar was open in the evening but hadn't been restocked, despite being open for two days. Fruit juice and purees were out (except for orange juice which came from the breakfast area). Piña coladas, daiquiris, mojitos couldnt be made because of no stock.

lady at front desk,did awesome job,we felt welcome,everything was perfect...

A little disappointed that we couldn’t get any ice while there due to COVID-19 restrictions, although we didn’t ask the clerk. This hotel is always the best value & comfort for a family of 4. Props for figuring out how to get us breakfast!
