Riad Cocoon

The attention from all the staff , meeting us at taxi drop off , tea at check in and sample itinerary given and time to help with our visit in Marrakesh was really exemplary . The breakfast needs more such as a fruit ir a bolied egg, it was lovely fresh sqeezed orange juice and crepe and 2 other breads with a shit glass of yoghurt.

The name describes it perfectly - it is a perfect escape from the hustle of the Medina. From the warm welcome, the moment we left we felt like honoured guests. Our every want and need was anticipated and met. The food was outstanding and drinks and snacks appeared wherever we sat down. We enjoyed cooling off in the little pool. We found the beds a bit small and hard and the pillows didn't suit us very well, but were replaced on request. A delightful stay with wonderful staff.

Selected this Riad based on reviews and it didn’t disappoint. You are made welcome from the minute you book with advice and helpful tips on how to plan your trip. Room (Green Eye) was comfortable and quiet, breakfast on the rooftop idyllic, staff helpful and 15 mins from the main square once you work out the route! Couldn’t recommend more highly. Will go back

The service was excellent from the start, with mint tea and pastries provided whilst being recommended sites and restaurants to visit during the stay. The Hammam treatment was excellent and needed after experiencing the craziness of the city.

We stayed at this Riad for 2 nights. Corinne and the rest of the staff took really good care of us from the moment we stepped out of the airport to the day when we left. They got every little thing covered. We felt very safe around Marrakech. The room was awesome, very clean and had lots of space. The food at the riad was also really good. I definitely will come back here!

The service at Riad Cocoon was very good. The staff are very attentive to your needs and as a female solo traveler they checked in frequently to check I was doing okay and if I needed any help/ tips for restaurants and activities etc while visiting Marrakech. Corinne the owner is very professional and makes sure you are satisfied with your stay. They also accommodated a late pick up and check in when I arrived from the airport late. Definitely take advantage of ordering the airport transfer upon arrival as the Médina can be very confusing on your first visit. The only negative, if you could even call it that, is the rooster next door who gives you a nice early wake up call each morning if you are a light sleeper. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend this road to friends and family.

All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, communication was speedy and informative right from booking, and the riad was beautiful and in a good location. Couldn't recommend it more.

Sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr nett. Frühstück seht gut. Das einzige das Bett war sehr unbequem und man musste 800 meter laufen bis zum bekannten Platz, ein bisschen weit.
