Golden Prince Hotel and Suites

The staff are very helpful and hospitable. I commend for their service and efficiency.

Pretty and very recently updated. Handy location, but dangerous roads. (Traffic..YIKES!) Staff were VERY courteous, smiling and helpful, but pretty obviously ingenuine. (In other words WELL TRAINED). Food...ESPECIALLY breakfast had little to know "American or European Dishes." If you like lots of different rice and noodles..cool, but get there early..they do not HEAT their Buffet. So, cold food is the norm. Could it hurt to make some bacon or sausage? Maybe an Omelette? How about a REAL hamburger? OTHER than the food...I really liked the place.

Excellence is how I would describe the hotel, excellent service, excellent food, excellent drinks with a festive bar and music. Definitely have recommended it to my closest friends. The January 20, 2020.

Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating . Sinulog dancers were amazing. Breakfast was amazing. The had barbecue and music in front the hotel during our stay. James , the manager offered a complimentary transportation to our next hotel. I enjoyed it so much and found this hotel my 2nd home in Cebu. Thank you😀

Kudos to the housekeeper who always make sure our room is very clean.

The one thing that has amazed me was the excellent welcome of the Concierge staff. It was past midnight of January 4, 2020 and Joanna was the name of the Staff at the Concierge and she has welcome me very warmly and with great and positive energy. Thank you Joanna. And we had a great conversation as I checked in for my room accommodation. The briefing was perfect and I felt home away from home. The services were very good and the place was a very good and quiet place and very relaxing. Thank you very much Golden Prince Hotel and Suites. One of the lights in the room where I occupied was busted and the electrical staff was there right away to fix it. The Electrician's name was I think Ronnie. And so he fixed the busted light. Thank you Ronnie. Everything in the room was very good and really I was able to sleep well and relax before my activity during that day. I wish to recommend that you check in at Golden Prince Hotel and Suites if ever you are in Cebu City. It is really very great to stay at this Hotel. The food during the breakfast which was buffet in style was very delicious. It was generally Filipino Cuisine which were served yet there were foreign cuisines such as vegetable salads, French toast and other great food. When I left the hotel in the early morning of January 5, 2020 on my way to the airport for my early flight, the Security Staff was very courteous and accommodating to assist me to get a taxi. What a great service of small acts yet very important.

Location was excellent and the rooms were big and clean
