Caribbean Resort by the Ocean

The room was very damp. It felt like the bedding was wet. We tried turning the temperature up and down but nothing seemed to make a difference. The room smelled mildewy so we had to buy air fresheners. It was a very cute place. I don't know why the call it a resort,there is no pool.

It was terrible, no front receptionist after 10pm. So if you froget your room key inside the room. They you are locked out. Thats what happened to me and i had to get another hotel. Will not recommend.

The desk clerk was very professional. The room was clean and the view was perfect

This hotel is a solid 2/5. If you were looking for a place just to sleep at night and don’t care about having any good amenities and this is your place. They charge you $250 for a deposit and don’t even have an icemaker you can access. You Have to search the property for an employee for them to go open up the icemaker that’s behind the bar . The hotel act rude when you ask them for ice because they have to actually get up and walk across the property to open the ice machine. Inside the room is very plain . The sheets were old . You are only allowed to go to the pool if you stay in a certain part of the building. If you are in the building that doesn’t have the pool there’s nothing to do at the hotel. Hollywood Beach is a wonderful location next time I will pick a better hotel to make my experience nice . This place is far from a “resort “

Rooms were super small, but very clean. Came fully equipped with everything you’d need for a longer stay. Front desk was super nice and courteous. Very accommodating. I’d highly recommend this place again. Reasonably priced and my room was steps from the beach. I’ll definitely be back.

Hotel itself has a great location and is very clean. The room smelled of mold and the a/c did not work very well. The WiFi is non-existent and when I called the front desk she said it might be the wind - not the wind at all just poor WiFi.

The check in process was quick and the overall look of the room was nice. The A/C was not working properly and after dinner when we returned the room there were termite wings all over our bed and window sil

There is nothing to do in this place, Tiki is close, we rent the largest unit that was supposed to have water views,(not even close) there is a building in the middle, view face the back street, no pool, and parking charges are over $21.00 per day, not a good choice, spend a couple of dollars more and stay in a good place, this is just a room with a lot of humidity, don't get fool with the picture,
