Mandarin Plaza Hotel

Good location next to Ayala Mall. But rooms need updating. Towels are old & tired they we dirty white. Didn’t want to use the towels. Buffet breakfast was alright.

The Mandarin Plaza is a good option for any traveler. The room is very comfortable, the breakfast is more than abundant and satisfying. The Hotel is very safe and in a great location for traveling inside Cebu.shopping or just enjoying the city The front desk tends to have not enough staff at check in or check out times which causes many persons standing in the lobby which creates problems entering the Hotel The lobby and the front desk are in the same location. When there are heavy amounts of bookings the breakfast area tends not to have available clean tables to use or the food offered is not available. Additional staff should be available when the bookings are very high for the front desk and restaurant areas.. That would reduce many issues during the stay of the guest in the Hotel to have the best enjoyable stay Besides that The Hotel offers a great stay.

There was a day that I left some of my valuables out in the open - I forgot to put them in the safe before leaving for the day and I was a bit anxious given the country I was in that possibly they were going to be taken. When I came back to the hotel room, I was relieved to find everything was still there. I was so elated at this and at check out I spoke to the operations manager about my positive feedback and ended up rewarding the housekeeper with an additional tip - a reward for doing the right thing. When my wife and I go back to the Philippines, we will be staying here again!

Mandarin Plaza Hotel was a place to everyone to stay while on vacation to Cebu. Very good employees from top to bottom. Hotel was clean . Buffet breakfast was good. The only thing we don't like is the Hotel has no parking.

Well the hotel is very nice and Clean the staff is friendly and well entertain the guest,huge room,wifi services is good,good breakfast too and I’m very happy and thankful to staff,see you next year.

Good location with close proximity to the Ayala mall and all it’s restaurants. Friendly staff. The hotel doesn’t really like you bringing guests back with you though, and you have to register any visitors at the front desk. Kind of like staying at my Mom and Dads house.

This is my 2nd time staying here, and the fact that it took so long to actually book a room since my last stay speak volumes of the demand for this hotel in Cebu. Rooms are great as usual, and its convenient location near Ayala Mall within walking distance makes this place a strong recommendation. Strong Wi-fi signal in the rooms as well as the cleanliness of the room are reliable expectations for me when I choose to stay here/ Breakfast was a decent spread although the selection seems to be slightly lesser now.
