Reception was rude. Beds were not arranged as per request
The bed was definitely the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. Place was dirty. Receptionist was super rude. We had to pay $50 for parking as there parking lot was under maintenance. Oh and the pool was booked out for the whole time we were there which would’ve been nice if they had told us beforehand.
Property is super tired, cramped, filthy and service is terrible. Parking is confusing, rooms/apartments are super tiny and furniture is absolutely aged and broken. Not even half a star is worth for this so called “Serviced apartments complex”...
The apartment itself was in fantastic condition but the reception lost my i.d and I found it hard to communicate with them as they simply didn’t know where they placed it on checkout
Did receive an upgrade, but rooms are looking a bit worn in places. The glass on the balcony was cracked & there was a hole in the wall of one of the bedrooms. Just things that haven't been fixed. There was also no tea towel in the kitchen, which is annoying when you want to do dishes. Have stayed here before & like the location & the facilities but didn't get to enjoy them this time because of COVID. Will stay again.
Milano Apartments was in a great location, room was good - though not sure we actually got the rooms that we paid for as it said living rooms and there was only one living room. The service here was terrible. I'm guessing it is run as a hospitality school in training with no management on site. There is NO cleaning service on the weekends, even though it says serviced apartments. Reception is ridiculously slow as they only have 1 person on the desk at any time and a few people hovering in the background, doing god knows what. Every time one of the 4 of us, asked a question at reception either by phone or face to face, we all got a different answer or one that had not been verified. For eg, they have a cinema, 2 weeks ago i emailed to book, no response, my sister booked online, no response, we asked numerous times face to face they said no bookings.One hour before they sent a message saying you can have it in an hour. Diff person, diff response. No one knew what the other had said and noone checked anything. I asked for towels the sat afternoon when I noticed our room wasn't cleaned, they arrived at 9am the next morning after I'd had a shower and used a wet soaked towel from the day before, after asking about 3 times. Location, and facilites good, with Aldi next door, cinema was great, but if you are after service and a smile, this is definately not the place to stay. Needs an actual trained/experienced Manager.
It looked nothing like the photos and the two queen beds we asked for were just too singles pushed together with a very thin blanket

Very much a case of you get what you pay for, with generalised knocks and dints on walls and furniture everywhere, but the larger concerns were no toilet paper, like seriously, no toilet paper and took them 2 hours to bring some up and a wire was hanging from the roof where a smoke detector should have been.
The cleanliness was excellent, it was comfortable and a great place to stay.
