Changi Cove (SG Clean)

Check in was a breeze, friendly staff. Easy to access to Changi Village by taking bus 29 beside Settlement Cafe for 5 stops. Doodle Wall in room. Children so happy with it. Cos of Covid, bf got not much choice, only western kind of bf.

Amazing stay, hotel has all the basic amenities, surprised that it’s more spacious than we thought. The doodle wall certainly is a brilliant idea. Breakfast was ok, great service team made dining more enjoyable. Overall, from front desk to food & beverage and room service were good. Mr. Rahim at front desk is charming, friendly, helpful and courteous.

A surprisingly pleasant stay with more hits than misses. Given the remote location, Covid 19 restrictions and lack of pool or play area, we weren’t expecting much. Room we originally booked didn’t have bar fridge which we needed to store baby’s milk and food. So we paid for an upgrade at reasonable price for a much better room. Website also said no crib available so we brought our own travel pen but were surprised when they brought up a crib. Free breakfast was simple but hearty (no fruit or yogurt) and served in cafe rather than in-room which was good. Hotel staff was accommodating in general, especially the concierge, an elderly Malay gentleman, was always friendly. We enjoyed this stay much more than at a 4 star ‘branded’ hotel in City Hall in Oct. Given its remote location, hotel shuttle service to and fro Changi village centre would be a welcome service, especially for families with young children or elderly who can’t always take that 20min walk easily

Hotel is quiet and clean suitable for those who love nature.

Always a pleasant stay at Changi Cove. Things were kept simple, stay was comfortable, staff and service were amazing as usual. Despite their taking proper measures for social distancing and appropriate precautions, the atmosphere was calm and tranquil. I definitely got the relaxation I needed.

Visited during the Covid19 scare so place was near empty and most of facilities closed.

Changi Cove is very nice,clean, modern and affordable. Staff is friendly and helpful - they’ll book taxis, airport transfers, tell you what bus to take to get downtown. Rooms are clean ams spacious. Free wi-fi on premises. Nice, clean restaurant on premises with variety of local and American style items. Front desk is staffed 24/7, a big plus.Initially, we had second thoughts about the location because our first hotel 11 days prior was closer to downtown and Chinatown, but we liked that the neighborhood is clean and quiet, and there’s a bus line nearby that goes downtown.
