Somewhere Hotel Apartment

The hotel itself was fine. Good people on the desk and concierge. Rooms are sizable, clean and with good amenities. Area is relatively convenient next to a shopping center, train station and airport. However... we went to breakfast in the hotel cafe. Bread rolls were rock hard stale and clearly old. I told the friendly waitress this, and she asked the kitchen staff member who was right next to her if the bread was new, and he simply laughed at her. I tried a donut, and it too was rock hard. Mentioned this to the waitress that it was unedible, and again nothing was done. Unacceptable. Omelette was cold and had dark patches in it, so in light of the old bread, we decided it was too dangerous to eat. Went to get coffee, and there was none left. This was while there were only 5 people in total in the cafe. We paid and left, and mentioned how poor the experience was to reception, asking for the detail to be passed on to the manager. The manager made no contact with us during our stay. A really poor experience. Steer clear of the cafe.
