Excellent service but rooms next to the roads are noisy.

Staff is amazing and very helpful they are always there with a smile on their faces

They gave me a suite room wich was located same floor as the reception. It was very noisy i could hear everything that was going on there. Beside that the hotel was ok not bad! But i would say its an average hotel 2 stars

Room and bathroom are rather large. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Toilet bowl seat/lid is a sham, totally can't fit in so had to remove the whole thing to use the toilet bowl. Housekeeping should ensure that the tabletops are properly wiped as dirt shows easily on the glass; I'd to wipe down with wet tissues myself. Need better lighting at vanity desk.

The hotel has very good location if you want to explore the vibrant area.. The rooms are clean and tidy..breakfast was great..the staff is very polite andanswers all the questions

Hotel location is great, rooms are very nice and big enough for a place in this location. Above all what made the stay better than other places was the staff, from the manager to the bellboy everyone went the extra mile to make us comfortable. I was travelling with two kids and had a 10 min walk to the bus stop with two big bags the manager was so nice that he sent one of the staff with me to help with the bags. If you are looking for a good location and want to be in center of Taskim and then this is certainly the place to stay with very good customer service. just be mindful it is not a highend hotel so if you are looking for the something highend with a big buffet breakfast then this is not a place for you. The breakfast was good but not lavish some even say basic but we didnt mind.

Overall i didn't like the stay there the staff who was on duty when we reached was very rude we did not like his behavior, next day when we asked for cleaning the room they said it’s not possible after 3.00 PM. We requested tissue from afternoon till night when we were back to room it has not been provided. At check out they were admitting that we used stuff from the room bar, and we didn't touched anything. They made us feel as we are thieff if we can affordpayingg for our stay idon'tt think that paying for small things will matter with us. The breakfast place is so small it's difficult to adjust having meal with many people at that room the service was very bad the table wasn't clean, my fork was not clean I felt vomiting and couldn't eat anything. The other days Idid nothaved my breakfast there.
