Liberty Suites Hotel

Fantastic.

Had a great stay.. very very clean Will definitely return Only thing is the couch should be replaced. There was duck tape to patch a hole and looked like a cat scratched it up..

Room was great, location not far from restaurants and malls. Staff were the only issue, when checking in other staff members were holding their own conversation very loudly, which made hearing the check in instructions a bit difficult. Not so professional in my opinion.

It was extremely difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. There were no signs displayed anywhere that a guest needed to park in a specific area of the P2 underground lot. It took 30 minutes to find how to actually get to the hotel - which seems to half a condo building and half a hotel. There should be signs posted on the main entrance of the building or, better yet, posted where vehicles enter the property. There was also no information given that guests need to take a series of elevators to get to where they need to go. A simple fix is communicating this by way of signage that plainly does not exist. Everything else about the stay was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. It’s very obvious that this hotel is simply bought-out condos and reverted into a hotel.

My room was very clean and spacious even for two queen beds. The bathroom was really nice, I love that my room came with a mini kitchen. A sofa was nice too. I did not enjoy the breakfast items very much. The staff were ok but when asked for extra soaps they told me “there’s extra soaps under the bathroom sink” and there was not any. I told them if they want, they can charge me for the soaps. They said no and gave me the extra bar soaps. I also did not like the setup of the parking garage. I couldn’t even find it the first time arriving at the hotel building. The layout is a bit confusing. In the parking garage there were so many “exit” signs pointing in more than one direction and at times I would turn around and get lost. That was a bit frustrating. Besides that, everything else about the hotel was really great. Too bad couldn’t dine out on the balcony patio as I assume that’s where breakfast can be eaten too. Wish they had better breakfast choices though and not cheap motel style foods.

The room was very specious and clean. The hotel staff are friendly and courteous. They were happy to provide us with additional information on the hotel services and amenities.

Quiet room on south side of building. Friendly staff at check in. No delays. No concerns. A worry free stay

It’s our 2nd time staying at this hotel and we love it that we already booked for our next trip in 2 months and most likely in the new year also
