Its not a B and B Best is the wonderful breakfast across the 12 foot road.

Good hotel for me. The kitchen is fine, bathtub excellent, but a quiet apartment with small pool. Thing I loved the most was chicken on the roof and fresh eggs in the morning. Great staff

Location is quite good to central Sukhumvit - but also away from the hustle and bustle that Sukhumvit can have. If you have a car parking can be a challenge - Also Bathroom is very dated

It’s far from the city center so you have to take taxi everywhere

It was great. T.V. was outdated but they put covers over the old couches to make them nice. My wifi worked great. They were great about my dog and the room was very clean when we showed up! You can walk to Asok/Sukhumvit if you're not old or with small children and the motorbike taxis are right outside. Rooftop pool is nice. You can hear your neighbors but it's a city so what do you expect? It's more like an apartment so there's not soap/shampoo/dish soap etc. I'd definitely stay again.

部屋は広いが設備は古く暗い感じです。アソーク駅から歩いて15分炎天下はちょっとキツイ。バイタクはたくさん居ます。窓辺には鳥やリスが顔を出します。

全般的に古い建物なのであまり綺麗な感じは一見しないが リネンサービスなどはきちんとしていてフロントの対応なども スタッフもフレンドリーでした。とても安くていいホテルだと思いました。また泊まりたいです！
