L'Auberge du Lac Saint-Pierre

This property is a gem! We really enjoyed our stay.

Restaurant was full and the terrace was infested with wasps... So we ate in our room: pasta were rather expensive and disappointing, and the scallops as appetizers numbered only 3, for $18! The lamb was good but ridiculously priced for the portion's size. Hotel food is expected to be expensive but there is a limit. It was also disappointing to have wasps near us at the pool and the whirlpool, despite the absence of any food near us. Overall a rather disappointing experience.

Excellent food made all the difference! We has a 3rd fl suite which was HUGE, with a recently reno'd bathroom, new beds, new AC, and linens. No elevator so tou need to carry your bags upstairs. Other furniture and hotel facility in general we're fairly old. The grounds are beautiful and scenic. A tiny outdoor pool with 2 hot tubs available. Get the full 4course meal deal offered at restaurant. A

Such a nice and quiet place to stay. Staff are very nice and friendly. Room was very clean but the mattress was pretty old and not very comfortable. Bathroom was fully renovated and super clean. I stayed at Fairmont 2 nights before at Quebec City but this bathroom was way cleaner! I wish the bar was open after 9 pm! 😆

Setting of property very pretty. However the room we stayed in was dated; featured lumpy Murphy beds; and a direct view of the dining room.

The best hotel restaurant and the food is amazing - it is slightly more than you would like to pay but well, well worth it!!
