Caribbean Resort Suites

When I booked this resort and airfare I got a great deal. We had an exclusive suite that was beautiful. One bedroom with 2 other beds, my daughters were thrilled they didn’t have to share a bed. Full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Our room was right in front of the pool our 9 and 10 year olds dream (lol). For the price you can not beat it. I was slightly taken back at the $250 security hold, especially since we were going to be there just overnight and had to leave at 4am to catch our flight home but they would not waive and I quickly learned to understand why. After we got our room key we walked to our room and in the pool were 4 rowdy men with accents and 3 mid-fifties women. My daughter went to feel the water and one of the men was going to splash her then caught sight of my husband then stopped and he’s lucky he did. Then we noticed the 3 cougars were in their clothes in the pool one had white pants on which were now completely see thru. They were screaming and had loud music and we just stepped off our cruise and wanted to relax a minute. This went on for about 45 minutes. They finally leave and we go out to the pool area it’s a disaster they vomited and left it there and cigarette butts everywhere. I see the hotel manager and tell her everything she said she would check the cameras and I truly hope she did. She also said they weren’t suppose to be at the pool they were staying at the other property. Aside from the gross situation we loved our room and location.

Close to beach restaurants and shops. Provided beach towels. Suite equipped with basic kitchen appliances and accessories.

The room we had was very small. The staff couldn’t let my wife check us in without me present as I was on golf course and she shows them my passport but they wanted my drivers license. Ruined my golf

this hotel was perfect for our 1 night stay very clean and very quiet, the beach area is 1 very short block away.

Unfortunately the office manager was it very accommodating when we complained about some issues. On the 2nd day there they didn’t replenished bath towels, there was no mirror other then the bathroom medicine cabinet, which you can only see your head in, the pool was filthy and never cleaned the entire time we were there. They tried to tell us they upgraded our room , however that was a lie. My confirmation says junior suite and that’s exactly what I paid for. The rooms were newly renovated and bed was comfy. I probably will never stay there again due to the unprofessional way they handled our situation and complaints. As a person in the service industry, the customer is always right and I always go above and beyond the make my customers happy and satisfied.

This was the perfect small hotel in the perfect location. Room was more than we expected and it was wonderful to have two bathrooms with 5 people. We were overlooking the pool and could also see a bit of the ocean. We enjoyed tje tiki bar and tje proximity to the Broadwalk.

Location was great. Front desk/office was very unhelpful and inattentive

Rooms were large, clean, & relatively modern. There with family, which included a 3 year old, so it was very nice to have a pool once we had finished beaching it. Walking distance to beach & many restaurants & bars.

Pros - Room was very nice. The pool was heated and the location was very good. The tiki bar was great and the bartender was very nice. Cons - There is a roof top hang out area that there were loud parties every night until 2 -4 am. It made it impossible to sleep

We have stayed at the Caribbean Resort a few times. This was the first time in one of the suites by the pool. The room was great and the beds were very comfortable! We love this hotel and the location cannot be beat.
