Noisy place not clean hairdryer not working left there for decorations

They asked me to pay 100 Turkish just because, also they asked me to wait for 45min just to get my room key. Very poor service

I didn't like anything about This Properties it's very Dirties And very High humidityThey Only supply you with One key for the room The shower It's very dirty hot water does not work very Little pressure .......

Staff very rude don't keep their promise will try to change your original booking and moving you to 4th floor with no lift or ask you to pay for other lower ground floors. Also people smoking everywhere all over the hotel all the time.

Nice and clean. Staff was friendly, but there was problem with communication in English. We booked a budget room and when we got there we were told it's already taken, so we were forced to upgrade to a better room. Wasn't too expensive though, so all good. Good value for money in good area.

Worse hotel ever went , no good reception ,stuff drunk ,mini bar empty ,bad location ,nearest metro station about half hour walking ,no elevator , room service so bad even room itslef not ready for customers so we just check out directly

Hello I had a very bad experience from the beginning firstly there is no lift if you have luggage and then the staff are quite rude and unaproachable. Next they have no washing machine to wash clothes. Next my room was so small i couldn't take 2 bit steps either direction. Next they cleaned my room and changed the bedding etc on the third day after me having to request it and argue with them. Next the room had no window and it got very very hot even though the country is cold when I was there i had to keep the air conditioning open. Next the water in the shower room builds up on the floor as the hole is blocked where water exits from so all your feet are in dirty water. To be honest there is too many issues in this hotel i don't have time to go through . My advice is there is many hotels near by this hotel go elsewhere if you want to have a happy holiday.

Every thing was beyond the emagination and unbelievable the palace was not clean they but me a room on Fourth floor no lift .because there was no windows I almost lost my breathing and no one to explain because they can't speak any language other than Turku horrible horrible

The only good thing in this hotel is the location otherwise was so bad services, dirty room, bad customer service (especially with English and communication skills), not comfortable bed, dush hand was broken, you must ask for new towels all the time, they guy who responsible about the cleaning and changing towels, sheets etc has a behaviour like the hotel's owner, he used to open a room close to me and talk in a phone so loudly.
