Lovely three night stay Stayed in the Attic Balcony room cracking views and breakfast was very good

It was as good as all the other reviews suggest - great location - lovely room - great toiletries & facilities - great parking - lovely service & breakfast - great choices.

Really happy we found this hotel. Excellent location and great rooms. We had a view of the sea and pier. Staff were so friendly and helpful. A real laid back feel and a really comfortable stay. Breakfast was amazing. Everything covered to perfection and so tasty. The choice was great too. Thank you so much. A perfect weekend despite the weather.

Small room but lots of comfort with fridge, large TV and desk and chair. Great view of Brighton Palace Pier from ths room.

Great little boutique B&B. Beautifully furnished and a fabulous breakfast included in the rate which was great value. Had a single room with a sea view although windows were not glazed so street noise from below and outside was loud. Earplugs did the trick though. Will return next time in Brighton. 😀

It's a lovely stay with great staff. The view from the balcony and nothing is too much trouble for whoever is working that day. They make you feel warm, safe and comfortable, even in these COVID-19 times. There there are a few very minor niggles. The first is that we were in the attack room, which is somewhat smaller than it appears in the images, certainly not a proper suite size. But it's cosy. The steps to the balcony- I wish they were standard steps. They are sort of right-left-right-left affairs which made coming down with my awkward knee difficult in a way ordinary steps wouldn't have. They get great environmental credit for having large bottles of shower gel rather than little disposable ones. However, just putting them to the right of the washbasin rather than the left would mean that you don't have to step out of the shower and walk across the shower room to get a handful each time. These are minor overall. I still do recommend it. I'm just thorough.

Unfortunately I was only there for a very short stay but my room was perfect. I stayed in the single room which was cosy and Had everything I needed. The bed was so comfy and I had a lovely view of the pier from my window. I’ll hopefully return again soon!

Absolutely Perfect. Victoria could not have been more welcoming. The other staff were excellent as well. the room was clean and the shower was excellent. Top marks for that. Excellent location the pier and restaurants. You need to go to the Camelford Arms just 4 short blocks down. Amazing steak and ale pie (went back the next day for it again) and a fun energetic place.

A wonderful clean hotel in a great position. Not too close to all the hustle and bustle but not far from anything either.Fantastic views of the sea and Brighton Pier. Stephen and Vicky were very friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was excellent! Parking in front of the hotel is a dream! We will definitely stay here again.

The process by which they hotel dealt with the Corona virus was unacceptable. We were advised by the government not to travel and the hotel would not issue a refund or move the booking to later in the year . Which i think would have been more reasonable.They must have taken many bookings and kept the money from these without having to use any of the rooms or provide breakfasts or cleaning. They telephoned to cancel the room booking but i have nothing in writing so that I cannot claim through my insurance. When i travel to Brighton next I will not be booking this hotel or recommending it to anyone else.
