Great little inn with wonderful customer service. Get the pizza!

Excellent location. Expensive but we recognize its location was a key factor. Had to wait 50 minutes to leave the parking lot due to paving. They could have given us a heads upto avoid this delay. We could have checked out before the road was restricted

It was no frills, no frig, no microwave, no ice machine, no air conditioning. At least it had functioning wifi while Wuksachi Lodge had no wifi that weekend. You could get a complimentary breakfast which wasn't much but more than the other lodge. But what it had was location, location, location and if you stay there make sure you walk down the hill from the parking lot to the creek at the bottom. Make sure you had downstream far enough to see the falls. Beauty right at your doorstep practically.

Very small rooms, no AC, no screens on small windows. No views. Very disappointing. We refused to stay.

There’s a list of thing not necessarily in this order. The staff was not helpful at all. Even when we asked about sight seeing recommendations, they were vague. They told us last minute that’s they take cash. The ATM they had was broken. The fireplace in the guest lobby was broken. The TV in our room wouldn’t work until they had to come fix it. They had only pizza for food and only until 7:30pm. We rushed back to find out they only have large pizza and no other size. There was no coffee in the guest lobby (just empty coffee pot). The breakfast was served until 9am and evening though we went way before time, they were out of eggs. Plus when we asked for juice or anything they seemed annoyed. Internet service was horrible. They told us the closest food we will find was an hour away at McDonalds which was not true at all. The staff was so not helpful. I would never say there or recommend anyone to stay there. For everything they kept saying...well it’s a 100 years old property....which is fine but then don’t charge $300 a night. Horrible experience.

Quiet in the woods and cooled down at night. Staff was very helpful.

They meseed up the booking. No pull out bed provided although requested and confirmed. Staff Jessica was very unpleasant and did not treat the customer well. Take oit breakfast is only at 8 am which is not convenient. No COFFEE for breakfast at ALL . NO Housekeeping service. It is over priced for the service and facilities provided.. it is better than camping out in thebwoods though..that's about it.. the only good thing is that the staff from the kitchen os helpful and friendly. I will onlybgo back and stay there where there are ABSOLUTELY nonother options..

Horribly overpriced. Very lukewarm water. Breakfast not served until 8, it’s no way to get even a cup of coffee before. Thank heaven for nearby Mendocito Lodge for dinner. Wish we had stayed there. Only thing good - we could get gas. Staff was sweet. The place needs a serious makeover.

Convenient, cozy. Bed was kinda lumpy. Breakfast was good. Nice lobby with fireplace.
