They are literally the only hotel in town and they know it. This place is a disgusting dump; just get a hotel an hour away and drive in if you have an obligation in St John's.

This was a decent place to stay, comfortable bed, clean room. Simple, older but updated. Not bad for the only hotel in St. Johns!

Shower was nasty, towels were dirty at check in

The room is comfortable, clean & roomy. Lots of outlets to plug everything in. Always clean. Refrig. is nice size & works fine. Motel near several good places to eat. Only wish the bathroom has separate switches for fan & light. All else is fine. Thanks.

Very friendly staff/owners. Stayed there on two occasions over a 2 week period. The property is older but clean. Only complaint was that on my second stay, the chairs in the room I was in were very badly stained. The bed, linens, towels, bathroom and room itself were all clean, but these chairs should be shampooed or possibly disposed of.

Staff very friendly, trying to please, but even though it is clean and functional, the hotel is old and badly in need of updating and renovating! They charge you for shampoo!

It needs to be updated The lampshades are broken the air conditioner wasn’t working well and the sheets were not washed well

Staff is pleasant. St Johns is a small town, this is the only motel, I think. Across the street is a very nice Village Cafe--Breakfast & lunch only. Rooms are clean, adequate. Wifi may be better in some rooms closer to the lobby?? Room temp can be adjusted to suit easily. Laundry Room washer could be cleaned better. Othewise fine stay.

Stayed here for my son's graduation. The place was a little cleaner than the last time I stayed here but still a little lacking.
