The beds were like laying on plywood. One day we never had room service or new towels brought to our room. Room service would only provide two wash clothes for a family of 5.

Every single entrance to the hotel had overflowing garbage; garbage in the grass and garbage all over the picnic tables by the back door. The shower curtain was ripped in two places. The light fixture in the bathroom was full of dead bugs. The bath towels were mismatched and even different colors. None of the amenities were available for use. Not a single restaurant, other than pizza delivery was open. We had to drive 25 miles to find something other than pizza to eat. I asked for a refund less than an hour after we got there but was refused.
The room was very clean and the staff super friendly and helpful. It’s not a luxurious hotel and the room had some outdated and/or worn features. But it was a clean and quiet place to rest our heads.
The hotel is very outdated. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were cheap fiberfill like from the dollar store. Beware there is NO elevator! I stayed two days. Pool closed due to Covid-19 plus repairs, and only a continental breakfast also due to the Pandemic.
This hotel is grossly overpriced. The decor is outdated and the mattresses are lumpy and uncomfortable. The pool was closed so that the owner could “paint the hot tub,” which is information we were not notified of prior to our stay. We were awoken in the middle of the night to dogs barking in the hallway. I also witnessed multiple staff members who were not wearing masks. Not worth the money!

The trip was booked through Expedia for a first floor king size room due to a heart condition I have. I called in advance to confirm that I would be checking in late and that I had a first floor room due to my heart condition.Upon arrival I was informed that because I booked on Expedia I don’t have the right to choose my room so I was put on the second floor with no elevator and absolutely no assistance to carry my things up to my room fortunately I did not collapse on the steps because some hotel guest assist me with caring my suitcase the last few steps up to my room . When my daughter called about the concern of the room they offered to move me back down to the first floor my question is why did they put me there in the first place if they had a room available .
