Boyne House Guest House

We were greeted and shown to our room which was spotless. Liked that we selected our breakfast the night before and this was ready and hot when we attended breakfast. Our hosts were very good to point out where we could get a good meal locally. For two people the room could have been bigger, both trying to access the shower and bathroom took some manoeuvring. But for one or two nights a nice quiet location but near enough to walk most places.

We went to Eastbourne just for the one night as my wife wanted to visit Bonners the Music shop to pick & purchase a keyboard. The Guest House was the perfect find for us on the internet. It was a lovely stay. The owners and service was great, fantastic hospitality. Lovely comfortable room - great for relaxing, really nice comfortable bed and everything clean and tidy. Spotless! Perfect! Had a lovely cooked breakfast and there was other choice as well. Location excellent to the front (Beach/Sea), plenty of information about good places near by to dine out. Reasonable price - value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have quite happily have spent more time at the Guest House if not needling to get back home for work on the Sunday. Likely to visit again? Yes, If we ever return to Eastbourne in the future we’ll be sure to try our very best to get a place in this fabulous Guest House. We RECOMMENDED it!

Such a lovely place to stay. Michael was very welcoming and remembered us from our previous stay. Large room, very quiet with lots of lovely touches. Breakfast cooked to order at the time you request it and nicely presented. Definitely recommend this guest house.

Bought this night out for my daughter and her other half, they said the place and staff were luvly.

Clean comfortable and good food

It was nice to have Scottish kippers as an option for breakfast. I went for English breakfast, however, and you could build your own. The owner was very friendly, too.

A really friendly welcome and lovely place to stay. Will definately look to book again. The traditional setting with modern conveniences was definately a winner for us. It is set in a good location and we managed to park nearby. We stay in Eastbourne regularly visiting family and this is now the first place we will look to book!

Friendly and efficient welcome. Immaculate and comfortable room. Generous and tasty breakfast offering. Would definitely stay there again.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Boyne House. My room was fresh, clean and modern and it's in a great location. The food was amazing and Jill and Michael were always warm and welcoming. I'll certainly be returning!
