Champasak Palace Hotel

The staff was accommodating & helpful. I loved the views & beauty of the palace. Nice breakfast as well.

Property under renovation. Nice when finished. Fairly good location. Breakfast OK. WIFI good. Large room. AC noisy.

This hotel very old.they have a lot of problems.the breakfast was disasters .they built a new room and very noisy

Would be good if the property provided hairdryer. And prompt escalation of issues to the bosses when needed.

The Internet did not work when I first arrived. It took a while to get that to work. The staff would not answer the phone at the front desk when I tried to call down. The breakfast was fairly bad with very few choices. Many of the doors did not work or were jammed open. Rain continually spilled onto the tile on the elevator and was very slippery. It was very difficult to communicate with staff could not speak English.

The shower in the bathtub could not be switched. There was no problem because the shower room was used properly. I had a hard time draining because I couldn't open the plug in sink.

L'hôtel est en travaux, petit déjeuner au son d'une disqueuse ou marteau, première soirée une fête résonnait dans tout le bâtiment jusqu'à une heure du matin, pour terminer le dernier jour l'ascenseur en panne. Le personnel avec peu de moyen disponible a été très compétent et plein d'attention.

Bon hôtel mais en rénovation et déçus par le contenu du tour pour Vat Phou réservé par l’hôtel qui était cher
