Good hotel, well mantained and clean with private parking

A cozy hotel, great rooms and services in a comfortable neighborhood

I really like the food here . The breakfast is always very well presented and lunch and dinners are good and reasonable priced . The rooms are always cleaned to a high standard and all of the staff are very polite .

Excellent service and great location near Pocitos. Nice hotel. The only exception was cleanliness, we saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Everything else was very good.

Very comfortable stay, nice room, good size with a small kitchenette area that was very useful. The breakfast was a cold buffet with plenty of choice - especially of pastries! We particularly appreciated the helpfulness of the staff in allowing us to check in much earlier than our specified time.

Really good hotel, according to the price. Nice reception, good staff.

At the check-in moment, I did not feel very comfortable because when they answered me, an employee interrupted us. Seconds later the phone was more important than ending with us. To top it off at dawn we woke up at 3.30am our room neighbor with music at full volume, and after several calls and security visit, the best option for us was to pack and change rooms. I did not see professional people in this hotel, I was very upset

Great staff. Rooms with a view are much noisier as they face the street. There's a bus stop directly across from hotel. Beautiful lobby and clever signs. Bed was especially comfortable for Uruguay. I will probably stay again next year if the price is right. 5G service in lobby, wifi on floors a bit more unreliable.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Was given a quiet room immediately after asking. Clean room, bathroom could have been cleaner in the corners. Very quiet air conditioning, Good blackout curtains. Slept well, bed was fine. Ajoining restaurant very convenient, staff friendly. I only stayed one night, but I can reccomend this hotel for an inexpensive welcoming place to stay.

I stayed at the Regency Way for a whole week. I loved the area, close to the mall and coffee shops. The Deluxe room was perfect with it's mini kitchen, I had a nice view of the city skyline. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only issue was other guests smoking on my floor, which hotel staff kindly dealt with when it was brought to their attention.
