Hotel Villa Ida

The rooms were SO HOT!! The air did not work we had to buy a fan from a store to bring in just to try to manage. The "breakfast" was stale cakes and a toaster that did not work. There was only 1 staff member running the front desk, breakfast, phones etc... so waiting to get a cafe or cappuccino sometimes would take 20-25 minutes until they came back. Tried to make an appointment with the Spa and was told they are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday and its 30 Euro to use the sauna and hot tub and massages were extra but if you want a massage they are not available. They only have 1 elevator which has a strict 3 person limit or 2 people and 2 luggage so we had to make several trips up and down as we were on the 3rd floor with 4 of us and an 88 year old man who cannot do the stairs. They only give you 1 key to the room so if there are more than 1 of you figure it out because they will not give you another key... also when you leave your room all the electric shuts off so do not plan to let anything charge while you're out and about because it will not work also the air shuts off too the little bit that does come out of the vents. If there is an event there i.e. wedding, dinner etc do not expect anyone to be at the desk or availability to eat because either they tell you there is no room or there is no one around to ask. I know the price is cheaper but its true YOU GET WHAT YOU DO NOT PAY FOR!! Spend the extra couple bucks and stay somewhere else!!

Ho soggiornato una sola notte nella struttura che è piuttosto vecchiotta ma dignitosa. Il servizio è buono e le camere discretamente pulite. Un po' rumorosa l'aria condizionata. In generale buon hotel se utilizzato come tappa di passaggio vista la posizione vicino all'autostrada. Consigliatissimo il ristorante interno mentre è da rivedere la colazione, piuttosto anonima, forse anche per il discorso Covid.

Vi booket inn her for en natt på vår tur til amalfikysten, vi booket i siste liten. Når vi kom på hotellet ble vi gitt en nøkkel, men null informasjon om frokost eller andre tilbud hotellet hadde. Rommet var ok. Av gammel standard men stort sådan. Ikke noe spesiell følelse ang. Dette hotellet. Tross at vi kommer for bare en natt så forventer man service på lik linje med alle gjester.

Hotel grazioso vicino al casello autostradale di Ceprano. Scelto per sosta di lungo viaggio. Comoda la posizione. Molto cordiale il personale.

Der erste Anblick war enttäuschend. Ein hässlicher Klotz an einem verkehrsreichen Straßenkreisel 100m Luftlinie von der Autobahn. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück dann leiser die übliche Enttäuschung in Italien: der Toaster braucht 6 Runden, um das Brot zu bräunen, der Cappucino, den es glücklicherweise auf Nachfrage gab war lauwarm (die Milch wurde nicht genug gewärmt), in der geschlossenen Heizschale für Rührei wurde nichtgekühlter Aufschnitt und Scheibenkäse dargeboten, ansonsten die üblichen unsäglichen eingeschweißten Teigwaren. Das Haus ist eingerichtet für große Festgesellschaften (die Ende Juni nicht in Sicht waren). Der Pool nicht geöffnet (draußen 29C). Der Parkplatz fast leer. Das ist ein Hotel für Menschen auf der Durchreise. Das denkt auch Tesla, die auf dem Hotelparkplatz 8 Ladestationen installiert hat.
