Quality Inn & Suites

Convenient to restaurants. Nice staff! Indoor pool.

My family and I were in town for the Blue Ridge Nationals at the Apex Center and chose the Quality Inn ( soon to be Comfort Inn ) for our accommodations. We had to the best stay. The room and the staff was most inviting. Everyone was very attentive to our needs and eager to accommodate. Ms. Bobbi! Omg! Heaven sent! She’s the sweetest and so caring. Everything needed in this time in the world. My babies and I asked for her every morning and looked forward to seeing. We Love You Ms. Bobbi! We hope to see you again the next races.

Twenty-four hour swimming pool access and refrigerators in room have a large freezer compartment.

The room I had could have used a but freshening up, e.g.fresh coat of paint, bathroom details fixed. It was an accessibilty, yet there was no light switch by the door.

We checked in and was given the last room with a king bed but it was the handicap room, #101. When we opened the door, the room smelled like wet mold. Found out in 2 min the fridge was broke and both knobs in the AC were broke, they just spun in circles. Got moved to room #313, 2 queen beds. Opened the door, got the same musty smell but the fridge worked. After being in the room for about 2 min, I went to use the bathroom and found the toilet lid up which is fine but there was urine all over the toilet rim. The curved curtain rod was nearly falling off the shower as well. It was so bad, that when you took a shower the curtain would slide to the middle of the rod. The frame on the mirror also had two huge cracks and the sink faucet handle was so loose, I thought it was going to fall off. We were actually going to just give up and leave and go next-door to the Holiday Inn Express next door but they were fully booked so we just stuck it out. I forgot to mention when we went down to talk to the desk clerk, had to wait 2 min for her to end her personal phone call on her cell before we could get checked in. We will never go back.

Quick overnight stay on my way back home . The accomadations were enough for a overnight stay .

Overall it was good. Just a few things. 1 The shower curtain keep sliding down. 2 only 2 towels for 5 people. 3 The air conditioner filter was dirty.

Very nice Inn. 5 stars to the staff. They will do their best without you even asking. Very clean and quiet

We arrived to the hotel which we had booked a month prior. It appeared closed and run down. There was a washing machine in the parking lot. Upon entering the lobby, the desk was abandoned. We waited over 30 minutes, no one returned to check us in. We called the main number 3 times with no answer. We had to leave and find another hotel for twice as much. No employee was ever present and it didn’t feel safe. We were still charged full price for a room we could not be checked into. I have contacted customer service but have not been issued a refund.

Shower curtain was broke. Fan in shower didn't work.
