Best Western Adelaide Granada Motor Inn

Needs maintenance. Plumbing particularly. Had to fix the basin tap. Takes 10 mins to get water temp right in shower with very low flow of water. Water jug in wobbly fridge was filthy. Carpets need to be vacuumed in corridors. The reception desk lady was nice though.

Nice, big room. Clean and bright. Receptionist was friendly and efficient at check in and check out. Very pleased with our stay😀

I really enjoyed staying here at Granada, but so unfortunate I couldn’t stay longer.

Nice place, friendly staff, clean rooms. Good amount of parking, though the spaces were a bit small. Best place I've stayed in/near Adelaide. On check-in I was given a room on the second floor. As I had just gone shopping and purchased some fairly large and heavy items I requested a room on the ground floor. The receptionist said yes and gave me a key to a different room on the ground floor. The room was an upgrade over what I was paying for. Very nice of them. The pool was pretty nice too. Very welcome at the end of a hot day of running around the city. Only real complaints I have are minor. A rubbish bin next to the bed would be nice. There was just one bin in the kitchen area. And the Foxtel channels didn't seem to work. I was only able to get over the air broadcasts on their TV. But I didn't have a whole lot of time to watch TV anyway. Other than that the place was perfect.

The exterior was dirty the skip bin out the front was overflowing with rubbish blowing everywhere. The room was comfortable but the couch was too hard to sit on. The room wasn’t cleaned very well with splattered mirrors and a dirty towel that looked like it had piss on it , Wet and sticky. The bathroom floor was also sticky . The staff were nice and replaced the towel straight away but the cleanliness off the hotel left a lot to be desired. The shared kitchen had broken cupboards and was filthy. With dried food all over the cupboards and floor. The foyer was lovely but the rest of the hotel was tired and in need of updating and a good through clean. Not good when you expect extra cleaning because of covid. The gentleman cleaning the foyer was using PPE but the girls cleaning the rooms weren’t. Overall we were disappointed.

Staff are disinterested and impolite. Rooms are comfortable but run down.

My experience was horrible. I was booked in for 4 nights but left a night early. The whole time i was there, there were people running around on the balcony outside my window, screaming and carrying on all ours of the night, everynight! Car parking is shocking! You take a different parking space everytime you leave the motel. Carparks arent assigned to rooms. I also had my car blocked in one night as another 2 cars had parked behind me. Wont ever stay there again! I also em emailed the owners about everything and they couldnt even bother to reply!
