Right size property, not too big. It is well maintained overall and the staff is very friendly. The food quality is great too. What we hated is the pool and the beach spots management. Stupid and selfish guests reserve spots early in the morning, even though they would not occupy those for hours. The hotel has specific « no reservation » rules, but they just don’t enforce them. That makes many guest unhappy and frustrated. Those spots should be available to anyone who use them, not to a bunch of selfish jerks with disgusting behavior. The hotel is responsible as they are not brave enough to maintain discipline and stick to their own rules. This is a show stopper for any new stay for us, vacations can’t be a source of frustration.

Overall, it is a great resort. The grounds were beautiful, pools were immaculate entertainment was very good. The food was good. But the very best was the staff. Really too notch, especially our butler, JJ. HE WAS AWESOME. He was always there asking us how we were doing and if we needed anything. We had one issue, which was a big issue, when we got to our room, our view was a wall. JJ helped us change rooms the very next day. The new room was perfect. Carlos the bartender was excellent too.

The staff is great and the pool areas are beautiful. Beach is stunning. The property needs work.... we noticed water leaks and mold in several places, the food is absolutely terrible and the hydro therapy area in the spa has cold to lukewarm water. It’s inside and there is no sun so you will freeze to death if you use it. We had an enjoyable time but I wouldn’t go back.

First of all is a beautiful hotel, I like the fact that it was small hotel so everything was close. I choose the swim out diamond club, room was ok except for the coakroaches that were in my room every morning. Most of the toilets around the hotel don't work. Spa staff is very rude, made reservation to use the sauna and it was never ready and if you question them they give you an attitude.
