Great staff. Late night front desk clerk was really helpful.

Window was taped shut. Shower was disgusting. Room was in bad condition. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Surprised with no elevators, bathroom fan real noisy , I was real cold . They brought me a space heater 😳 not SAFE!

Great location and price. But the rooms were too small.

The staff and location were exceptional. The room size was on the extremely small size for 2 people. (See photo) We had trouble with cold floors and the staff were very responsive with remedy. Hotel was clean and continental breakfast room sweet. There is no elevator and the 8th ave facing room made it noisy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. This hotel best for singles or if more, ask for room where you can get around bed etc.

Staff (She said she is the boss her name is Aron ) so rude, she dose not know how to behave their guest. This is my worst stay in my life.

Location next to Penn Station ideal. People were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and large enough for short stay. Private bathroom with shower small but adequate and rare for price. TV fine and convenient controls for heat and fan. Bed comfortable. Surprisingly quiet at night. Simple breakfast and good coffee - also rare at the price. I don't understand the negative reviews on this site; perhaps they are old. I'll definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

The staff was friendly, the property was clean, but very small. Good for the price.

Electric outlets in 1/2 of the room was out, they brought an orange outdoor extension cord so I could watch tv, room was freezing, 29 degrees outside bathroom floor had frozen water

Tiny motel type room with no carpet, no bedside table, water dripping from ceiling into puddle on floor.
