This is a student dorm converted to the hotel for the summer. Students serve their and gain some great experience. It is a fantastic idea. Unique experience staying in a dormitory. Lots of space. Kids working there are very courteous and helpful. Very understanding and willing to help with any issues.

Clean and quiet for the time we were there. Close to a variety of places to eat. Short drive to some big box stores. Very convenient to where we wanted to go. We were there for TennoCon. It's a basic dorm room which has a private bedroom with shared bathroom and a common space within the unit. The bathroom comes with towels, toilet paper and toiletries. Great breakfast with hot options!

We enjoyed the clean facilities, and the quality people at the front desk.

Huge space!

Room was very clean, though shower curtain was a bit grubby at the bottom and would of been nicer if a newer one was in place. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay, have stayed at college residences before so knew to bring my own coffee pot, and dishes. Suspect too, that if I had mentioned the shower curtain they would of fixed it. Will stay there again. Staff very courteous and helpful.

Great place to stay. Great value. Stayed in the 4 room dorm. It had 2 bathrooms. Beds were good. Very clean. Spacious. Breakfast was very good. Definitely would stay there again!

Very good place to stay but not well marked as to how to get there.

First off, I don't know if this was an issue with a poor description on hotels.com or an issue with the Residence but when I booked "1 double room, 2 adults" with double beds in a quad (sleeps 4 according to the description) - I wasn't sure what to expect but I did not expect to cram myself and my spouse in a double bed - especially not for the price we could get for a single queen elsewhere. Luckily front desk was sympathetic and the poor girl wasn't trained on the hotel side of the software - but gave us a 2nd room in the quad. Whether that should have been the case all along or not I have no way of knowing at this point. I will say that the rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable but there was no sign of extra blankets. That strip you see across the bed in the pictures? Yea, that's all it is - useless. Beds had a full set of linens and a thin blanket that stopped 1/3 of the way down the bed so you're forever tugging at the blanket to bring it up more. Breakfast was good but the waffle maker could only be used by a staffer - really? I'll agree with a previous post - great if all you need is a bed to crash on...just bring a blanket or be prepared to turn up the heat.
