Eurostars Oasis Plaza Hotel

The only thing letting it down was the mould in most of the bathrooms. The ventilation or lack of extrator fan is allowing black mould to build up around the bath, between the tiles and shower.The cleaners are not using bleach to clean the tiles and bathroom properly I saw three rooms with all the same black mould!

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff great location did facilities work out room pool close to all amenities a delightful place to stay only reason for Four stars did shower curtain was disgusting and main curtain for the panoramic window was partially ripped off

The Oasis is a striking Hotel but suffers from the lack of X Factor. We took a suite , pleasant enough but its furnishing were minimal and very bland and generic. Magnolia everywhere which makes the place seem cold and unwelcoming. The Pool on the top floor is tired and flaking paintwork, the black mold round the pool vents and the tired Steam room is also below average. The Hotel has the potential to be something special but misses the mark. Friendly staff are a plus point of the hotel. However the Restaurant is the real 'shocker' vastly over priced for Portugal food. The Main course of ravioli was clearly bought in and not made by chef and the sauce was just far too strong and not as advertised - the other main course of Cod was ok, but again felt wrong, overcooked perhaps? The starters and desserts were ok. The Restaurant is very 1990's , not contemporary and the service and menu are dated. There are plenty of other places to eat in the Town, seat them out!

Paid more for this hotel but no extras. No free breakfast. No coffee in room. No free parking. Room was nice but no tissues!!

People at the desk were polite and very helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel leaves something to be desired: Brown stains on the toilet seat that would not come off. The rubbish bin in the bathroom was rusty and needed to be thrown out. The floor in the bedroom needed a good wash. The door to the balcony was dirty and we cleaned it ourselves. The hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location, this was our second visit, but will be our last. The breakfast was €12.00 but very poor for the price. The bread was stale and the coffee horrible. There were no soft chairs in the bedroom and the chairs there were hard, which we found very uncomfortable.

The hotel is in a beautiful location and our room had a fantastic view. The room itself was roomy to the point of being sparse. I think it could be converted into a family room with additional beds if needed. Towels etc were clean but shabby. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Didn’t have breakfast here because of the long queues.

Beautiful and recent hotel beside the beach. Magnificient view from the balcony and from the pool. Do not hesitate if you visit Figueira Da Foz.
