Inturotel Cala Esmeralda Beach Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

Looked new and very well kept. Service was excellent and new spa was high quality

The position was excellent, food was really nice, the room & bed was good. One complaint though - The reserving of the sunbeds was not implemented, lots of people were placing towels on the sunbeds in the morning, then disappearing for breakfast etc !!

Perfect relaxing location. A few things — the pools get crowded. The beaches were crowded. There is a beautiful spa with pool available to use. All was great!

Hotel was lovely, staff really welcoming. The basement spa was perfect. The food was good, chefs made different meals every day. Negatives: you are forced to buy drinks as they don’t provide filtered or tap water at dinner time. If you buy alcohol you’re in for another shock. Beers only come in 1/2 pints and the marked up on wine over 150%

Perfect location for a romantic getaway, located right next to a very picturesque cove and beach. The hotel was immaculate in every way, all staff without exception extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was consistently excellent. Even champagne included at breakfast which was a nice touch. My only issue was with the aircon which we found to be very ineffective. I have stayed in many a room where 18 degrees is lovely and cool but here we were still quite hot at night (and this was in May). The control panel doesn't let you go any lower than 18 so there wasn't much we could do about it and it certainly wasn't 18 degrees as far as I'm concerned! The decor of the rooms won't be to everyone's taste - the ceramic "mosaic" effect is everywhere, even up the back of the "wardrobe" which didn't have any doors but a curtain which pulls across, which felt a bit cheap. Also don't expect a large room unless you've paid for a suite. Having said that the bathroom felt very plush and upmarket (although you might not like not having a bathroom door to separate the bedroom)! The wifi was superb everywhere even out by the pool areas and next to the beach! Overall though an excellent hotel and I would definitely recommend.

The view was fantastic and I liked the shower pressure is awesome. The included breakfast and dinner food was amazing. Literally a 5 star restaurant and the main dishes being different every time

This is an excellent hotel with fantastic staff, we couldn't fault the service or the facilities. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, food was excellent and the room very pleasant. The lifeguard at the beach pool was vigilant in not letting children or people not staying in the hotel around the private pool which kept it quiet and relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples and will definitely return this year.

Hotel was absolutely fantastic in every way can’t complain. Staff were extremely hardworking and helpful. Meals delightful plenty of choice
