Croc's Resort and Casino

First, I wouldn’t consider this property a resort, but more so a hotel. Most resorts have more than one location you can eat throughout the duration of the day. There wasn’t any fun activities in the evening that kept you engaged. Second the All-inclusive package really doesn’t mean “all-inclusive”. If you want top shelf alcohol, you have to pay for it. Third, they attempt to nickel and dime the guest with extra fees. For example, you’re charged extra if your towel is dirty. They charge you extra if you arrive early and you want to eat on the property. Other than these few observations, the hotel was clean and the food was good. Some of the staff could have been a little friendlier.

The service at the front desk was determined to overcharge us for the stay. Also didn’t allow us to use the premises till after 3pm although we got there at noon. Pool staff was very attentive but the front desk experience really set a bad tone. Also the room was supposedly stocked with some free drinks but those drinks were missing and took almost all day for them to come and stock it. Expected way more from this hotel as my family has stayed there before and wasn’t overpriced or negligent.

No experience in customer service, workers were really rude. Just three guys were nice maria, Elias and Rafael. Managers did nothing about our complains. It’s not the service you deserve for what you’re paying.

Nice place to stay with your family. Should have facilities from the hotel at the beach area but overall everything was fine.

This resort was beautiful and clean. The pool area is huge and has enough chairs in both the sun or the shade. The entertainment staff will keep you busy all day if you want to participate. The food is truly 5 star.

There was no variety in food. It felt more like a hotel than a resort and for an all inclusive not everything was inclusive.

I would have liked for there to be Chairs and umbrellas out by ocean. Long way to ocean. Couldn’t carry chair. Beautiful beach. Would have spent time at beach instead of pool

I liked that the hotel had a variety of things to do; such as four restaurant; coffee shop; pool; small casino and ocean out front. It would have been better to see the hotel take advantage of ocean front with chairs, drinks and umbrellas at the ocean, I'm assuming there's a reason they don't, but it definitely would have enhanced the experience.

Perfect location, lovely balcony, good staff, good food options. beer and wine were lacking...

Breakfast and lunch was alright, dinner was great!
