Ramada by Wyndham Bishkek Centre

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Most spoke some English and they were able to accommodate all of our requests. Our room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Excellent location- cafes and shopping nearby. Great service and certainly a good breakfast. Only true negative- and it may have just been my room was total lack of outlets- not even the desk lamp was plugged in. Only one accessible outlet! And, the shower door only opened about 18 inches. I am not fat but it was a scraping motion to get in and out of the shower. I travel globally and stay in -1 to 5 star hotels and never experienced that. This is why I say, must have only been my room. At least I hope!

Nice hotel. Attentive & helpful staff. Very good breakfast spread. Only problem was that I got an inside room which was reached through a dimly lit corridor. And window opened to walled space. At least for Gold Customers of Hotels Com, they should offer better rooms.

Great hotel within waking distance of almost everything. There is a shopping mall about 10 mins walk away, a cafe serving great - and I mean great- English breakfasts (outside of the UK and Australia, this is number 3 in breakfasts) just down the road. The staff are friendly, the room was pleasingly cooled from the AC. A good hotel choice in Bishkek. I would stay here again.

Quick but confused. Superficially nice but many small things amiss.

Clean and upgraded rooms.

I stayed at the hotel for about two weeks and really enjoyed it. The building and staff are nice and professional and the hotel's in a quite neighborhood with some nice restaurants and relaxing parks nearby. In particular I cannot say enough nice things about the Japanese restaurant Furusato. The only two issues I had were that breakfast items that should be served hot (e.g. French toast, crepes) were cold and the airport pickup I scheduled wasn't there to meet me when I arrived. However, both those issues might have been just temporary; by the end of my stay more and more of the trays of breakfast items were getting little heating devices placed under them, and I talked to another traveler who arrived on the same flight as me just a few days later and she said she had no problems with her airport pickup. It took me some time to get my bag, so it may just be a matter of reminding them to wait a bit if they don't see you right after the plane lands.

Rooms were not big, but bathroom was so small I could hardly squeeze into the shower. It looked like it’s a hotel on some island when the space is scarce. Bishkek has much better hotels in this price category

We felt very pampered at the hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating. We went to the dining room for a late dinner and were delighted to find a young group of accomplished musicians playing; and also half price drinks. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night and had to leave before breakfast.
