Friendly owners and bar staff. Rooms very clean and well presented. Food excellent, calling it pub food does it an injustice.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Large, nicely decorated bedroom with a very clean toilet /shower room. The shower was a good size with plenty of elbow room.The bed was extremely comfortable Breakfast was of plentiful and of great quality

This was the Worse hotel I have ever stayed at and was certainly not a 5star rating, more line a 2 star rating. I have left photos of my stay on trip advisor so please check these out. Breakfast served out of date products. The room was not safe with extension heads plugged in everywhere. No curtains/blinds for the 2nd bedroom dorms window, fire escape lights keep you awake all night. Very little central heating, the rooms were freezing. No car park provided. Worst hotel I have stayed in over 30 years.

Excellent room, comfortable,clean and warm (most important as it was -2 at night!)

We stayed there for one night. A great traditional inn. A very spacious room. When we booked a room for 3 people we expected a double bed and a sofa bed in the same room but had two rooms. A great value for money. Clean, comfortable, fantastic breakfast and extremely helpful staff. A large car park 30m from the inn. We'll be back next year. Pateley Bridge is a lovely village and a perfect place to explore the Dales.

Very mixed comments. The room was very large and comfortable. We accepted that there would be some road noise due to its location,but double glazing of the room would have considerably reduced it.The food was excellent in both quality and value for money.However, the room was not serviced during our stay and the bed was not made, glasses and cups were not washed and wet towels were not replaced.Unfortunately this somewhat spoilt what should have been a memorable stay.

Great Inn in a great location and excellent food.

Stayed in room no.2.it was overlooking the main road which was busy from around 7am and the floor boards were really squeaky.i appreciate its an old building but they were really bad.

The hotel was lovely The food was excellent. The staff so kind and friendly. Alas no parking. The car park Opposite was a maybe. Until the cycle race came through and then they shut it Not the Crowns fault. However they nevertheless don’t have parking that was my only issue

The location was excellent. The welcomeveas friendly. The breakfast was top class.
