We found our booking was cancelled by the hotel upon arriving, and there were no more rooms available. As a result our family consisting of four had to find another hotel, which is another long story I won’t mention here. Hotel’s reply afterwards was they cancelled my room because they had issues debuting my credit card 48 hours prior to arrival. Hotel did try to contact me about it one day before check-in, but unfortunately my phone was off as I was on a plane, and emails from this hotel go into junk mailbox in Microsoft Outlook. Anyhow I could not agree to the hotel trying to debut my credit card 48 hours before arrival, when I chose “Pay at Hotel” in Expedia. As an average consumer, my understanding of “Pay at Hotel” means I pay when I arrive, not debuting my credit card 2 days before I arrive. If the hotel wants to collect fees in advance, they should have it “Collected by Expedia”. Lastly when the hotel decides to cancel anyone’s reservation for any reason, they should make sure the message gets across.

We stayed in the apartment as a family of 5 for just one night during our travels. I wish we had stayed longer! The location is in an area out of the main town, near the Amnevile zoo. The accommodation is surrounded by trees and makes you feel it is a true get-away. The apartment was spacious and suited 5 of us well. Easy walking distance to restaurants, zoo and other attractions.

This apartment was ideal for our one night stay travelling from Switzerland to France. It had great space for three adults and two children, including two balconies. There is a kitchenette with a kettle, toaster, microwave and hob so perfect for cooking a quick dinner or breakfast.

There was no air conditioning or we could not turn it on. It was quite warm for a Chicago family. Overall it was good spacious apartment to stay for a family of 5.😀😀

2 ème fois pour nous,1 er fois aucun soucis présent en Avril, mais cette fois-ci au moins Août une horreur une chaleurs insupportable ! on était obliger de laisser la porte ouverte comme les voisins d'en face d'ailleurs pas top pour l'intimité, les femmes de ménage qui gueules bien fort tout les matins alors que des clients sont présent et dort! la inacceptable! alors qu'on nous met dans les chambres comme quoi il ne faut pas faire de bruits pour le respect de tout le monde ! eux même ne ce soucis absolument pas du bien êtres des clients de l’hôtel, du coup on dort très très mal a cause de la chaleurs sans parler de la porte ouverte donc on reste prudent aussi et le matin tu te dit que tu vas pouvoir te reposer un peu bien loupé. ( limite on avais envie de leurs gueuler dessus vraiment insupportable, mais on reste polie)

L’hôtel est très beau et propre.

Appartement avec prestations de qualités , agréable et propre. Situé dans environnement calme. Personnel de l'accueil sympathique.
