The location is perfect. I was happy with my stay here.

You must booked this hostel. (+) 1. Great Location 2. Nice staff and reception 3. Nice room (I've booked 1 Quadruple room for 4 people. 4. Amenities kits are prepared (Towel, shampoo, soap, dryer) 5. Lots of power socket for charging you electronic devices. 6. Nice breakfast (donut, cereal, bread, spanish omlet, ham and etc. 7. Fingerprint for access your room and access to hostel at the night time. Only one thing, I was charge of money at second time since I paid through expedia. but when I arrived the reception, I told Enrique and Anabel, they help two refund it. and three later. It was cancelled from my credit card. Next time, will book again.

Location is excellent Staff great Maybe it’s a little pricy

stayed one night in a solo room and then in a group room with friends when they arrived. Very nice facility and very close to everything. Easy to walk everywhere. There was no air conditioning in the group room. That was the one lowlight. Everything else was great!

Requested a king bed and was given 2 twins. Construction outside lasted until 1 am. This overshadowed our stay.

Location--EXCELLENT! Just meters from the heart of exciting Sol station. Very close walk to amazing Gran Via and Plaza Mayor. Lots of shopping and restaurants. If your looking for unlimited energy in your surroundings, this area has it all. Hostel itself is modernized. Beds are comfortable. Keyless entry to all secured areas. Doors to rooms and lobby are accessible by fingerprint scan only.

Great standard of decor, rooms were clean and inviting. The cardless, thumbprint door entry system seems to have improved since the last time I stayed. The inclusive breakfast was tasty and good value (though there was a slight problem when the receptionist fellow initially didn't realise I had booked a night with breakfast included in the price, but this was quickly sorted out). Location is great too, just around the corner from Sol Metro station. Thoroughly recommended.

Stayed 4 nights in a 4 bed dorm with an en-suite bathroom. Arriving from Barcelona, I was about an hour early for check-in, but the staff were really cool about it and let me check-in as the room was ready anyway. The room had A/C as expected and totally necessary considering the heat. It kept the room nice and cool and I had no trouble sleep with the thick blankets provided. Each bed comes with one electrical socket and “bag” to keep your stuff. The room and bathroom are cleaned magnificently, everyday. The kitchen facilities are excellent, plenty of cups, utensils, plates, a microwave and a fridge where you can stash your stuff. Plastic bags are provided for keeping food together and a pen to write your name on the bag. The kitchen, lounge and the entire hotel is kept fantastically clean. The cleaning staff are almost OCD about it, but kudos for that. Location wise, the hostel is only 2 minutes walk to the nearest metro station which is Sol. The hostel is practically on several of the major shopping thoroughfares in central Madrid, so eating, drinking and shopping will be no problem at all. There's also a El Cortes Ingles with a supermarket about two minutes walk if you prefer to stock up and eat at the hostel. Finally, I'd say the staff are a fantastic bunch. Friendly and helpful with any queries and requests.
