I hate everything. Room was so unhygienic. No Wi-Fi, hot water is not working, the room stinks. Even the hotel staffs are super unfriendly. I was supposed to stay for 5 nights but because the hotel is not as shown in your photos, i just decided to look for another place to stay. It wasted my money but i’d rather spend more than to stay in that hotel.
No hot water in the shower! That is about my only complaint!
There is a lady that works in reception by the name of Nuraini...she is an absolute blessing to Signature Hotel and if there was someway of getting a message to managements...she needs to receive a special award...she went WAY out of her duties to assist to old people one 82 and another 80 to help thrm in one of the MOST traumatic few days of their lives...thank you
you can smell bad odour at hall. after I check in, the first thing i saw in my room was cockroach crawling on the bed. In the toilet, there was rubbish left by previous guest. when I take bath, water heater is not working at all. This is very terrible experience!
Good place to stay, recommended to have a good sleep
So typically im not one to complain but the room and the whole floor of the hotel smelled of mold and in the room it was to the point of getting a headache and having to check out early. No refund for my second day even though checking out early. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the sheets, pillow cases and blanket were all dingy and stained. The bathroom was all falling apart and was afraid to use anything because didnt want it to break and relinquish my deposit. The hotel price was good, but other hotels in the same area are around the same price and updated and cleaner without the moldy smell.

Staff friendly. Wifi good. Warm shower. Booked because of a kettle, coffee and water. A couple of English channels was nice. Not so good...Most expensive hotel of 4 I stayed at in Kuala Lumpur. $26us and not worth that money when there are others much nicer. Room 412 needs updating. Musty smell. Mold in bathroom and a different corner of the room. Bed needs a pillow top cover to at least make it decently comfortable. The comforter cover was clean but the comforter itself was browning from dirt. Be sure to have the opening facing your feet and not touching your face. AC super cold. In fact it blew the same freezing air whether at 25 or 16. The ceramic tile at the step in to the bathroom was not glued down so you can easily slip and hurt yourself. Toiletries was dispenser soap. I would pick a different hotel. Too bad as the staff were friendly and helpful.
This is a basic budget hotel. Some of the staff are lovely but others are slow to assist and it took us a number of hours to obtain any toilet paper for our room. The hotel is right in the middle of the Indian quarter in KL and the restaurants around it tend to serve basic Indian food at a good price. You have breakfast at a restaurant nearby and again it is basic. One big plus is proximity to Sentral station, from which you can reach anywhere in KL or travel further afield.
