Hotel Figueroa

Was really pleased our suite, however the bathroom was a completely different situation. The sink and handles were dirty and the shower had hair that was obviously from the previous guest. So much hair that I didn’t feel comfortable using the shower and just left instead.

Nobody to help with luggage All restaurants closed even though when booking they said they had something open Paid for 2 nights but left after the 1st as was not happy

Well, the hotel is pretty nice nothing to said about that. Also, I know we are living a pandemic and we have many restrictions right know but, its absolutely unacceptable that the refuse to gives a bottle of water. I spent 5 nights at the hotel and just when we arrived it was a small bottle of water , i asked for a bottle next day and they said they were out of water. Same story until i left. They don't have room service, so you have to clean your room which i am fine with it, the problem was to get a vacuum cleaner, clean bed sheets, towels etc. I had to call them 4 times to get them.

The property was beautiful and quaint at the same time. It is big but has a cozy feel. The room decor was great and super comfortable bed/sheets/pillows. I enjoyed the shower as well as the amenities like the couch in my suite and the 2 large tvs which I was able to plug my HDMI cord into in order to stream from my laptop. Free wifi. no room service but we got door dash easily to our room door. would stay again for sure!

With Covid restrictions in place, we did not have an opportunity to take advantage of their typical amenities, but the room, comfort and ambiance was excellent. It was a great get away!

The couch has stains, and the lap did not work. There is dust everywhere. Overall it was decent at best an I mean on the low side of decent.

Nice location and close to everything. The room is small though but clean and have everything that we need for the stay. Pay parking on site. No directory or instructions in the room for wifi or where everything else in the hotel (has to call front desk to figure out). Has an iPad in the room but could not use it and the hotel doesn't want to fix it but offer to remove it from the room (why put in the room but does not want to fix it so guest can use, weird). Over all not a bad place to stay in DTLA, but expected more from a 4 star hotel.

I came inside the lobby and there was a argument between a guest and staff, so that was not nice. The suite was nicely decorated, but smelled a bit old and there was hair on the couch. Bathroom was lovely. Bed was comfortable. There was no room service and I was quite literally starving for many hours, as the hotel restaurant was closed. Restaurant tacos at lunch were divine. So I was really torn by this place as you can tell.
