Miramare Gardens

The cafes were closed over the long weekend for breakfast and limited staff/amenities so a small microwave would have helped even if it's in a general area

New property, very quiet location. Large rooms with good size bathroom. Excellent little cafe/bar/restaurant.

Great place but the whole reception experience needs an overhaul. The music at reception is VERY loud. Booking in to ACDC at full volume is weird to say the least. Very little communication from reception staff. Barely a smile or anything.

Nice hotel. Facilities were ok. Booked the garden suite thinking i would get a good view. Instead all i got to see was the drive way. Some of the chocolate for sale in the minibar was also expired.

The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Unfortunately the cafe had staff issues and it was unpleasant. But the location and convenience is great.

Staff were particularly helpful meeting our requests and needs. Reception friendly, helpful and go that “extra mile” to ensure a happy stay.

Happy with the upscale appearance of the whole facility. Clean room. And friendly staff. The cafe was a huge bonus. So easy just to drop down for dinner. No need to drive somewhere else. Was fine all 3 nights. Frustrated with a few things - 1. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was rather noisy. Should be replaced. The driving paths are rather narrow throughout the whole facility. Made more difficult with overgrown plants to the right approaching the underground parking. Should be better sign posted to not reverse and drive on what is a one way path. Almost got taken out by a speeding driver who decided to come out the wrong way, when I was coming out of concierge. And the need to use the room key for entry of the elevator from the parking garage, and again once inside to make it go up I think is unnecessary and redundant. I can see that need in the Sydney CBD. The hotel resides in the semi rural and quiet Terrey Hills. The Northern Beaches does not attract enough trouble to require extra security measures. LOL. Overall.... not only would I stay here again, I highly recommend it. The cafe won’t disappoint! And hopefully they can get rid of those noisy bathroom fans, cut some of the foliage back, and do something about improving signage before another mishap occurs.

The man on reception was friendly and very helpful. The room was as described. The location was perfect for our needs.

Went here for a wedding- room very comfortable and quiet. Very clean and modern. Would recommend.
