Renovation work upstair which create inconvenience for the following :- 1) Lift use for renovation work 2) Noisy due to renovation work

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Free luggage storage. But a bit overpriced compared with other hotels of the same category.

Arrived at around 2.30am in the morning. There was no signage to indicate where the reception was except for a picture of a hand pointing to the right of the 5th Floor. We found out by luck where it was. The door to the reception desk was closed, so we panicked and thought we had to sleep out in the street. Fortunately, the door was not locked and we managed to get in. Hong Kong is a cosmopolitan country, there should at least be some English signages to point to the reception area and door should not be closed.

Close to ladies market. Very convenient. The rooms are clean and very friendly staffs

It was a little room but enough for a short stay in Hong Kong. The staff was very friendly and the roll was very clean. The bathroom is little with a shower head, small but again, it was okay for a short stay (2 days). Not ideal for a longer stay.

Located at the busy street where noise & oily smell come from the shop downstairs. Basic amenities provided.
