Good location. Near the Colosseum, have many restaurants nearby. Staff is friendly and nice.

Disgusting hotel! We had booked to stay 4 nights in this hotel. We arrived and checked into the Economy Double Room we had booked to discover it is nothing like the photos on the website. The bathroom in particular was disgusting. We contacted the owner/reception via whatsapp (there is no actual reception there) and complained and she told us the room was as described and offered no assistance aside from telling us to complain to Expedia (who we booked through). We left straight away, couldn't even stand 1 night in that room. Thank god expedia issued us a full refund once they saw our photos of the room. As well as it being not as described, it was very dirty, old and deteriorated and overall terrible!!

The room was wonderful, and exceptionally clean. The lady who greeting us was lovely, and was easy to talk to if we had any questions. We came back to clean towlea and clean bedding every day. The only thing I could say as a negative (and it really is a silly one) is that there wasn’t any really tea/coffee making facilities. The kitchenette has a kettle and tea bags, but no mugs, sugar or milk. But it really was a lovely place, less than 5 minutes from the colosseum and easy acccess to other attractions

Although we were only there one night our eperience was great. Branka met us at our room to make sure everything was just perfect. She also explained everything we needed to know about the area and attractions also called to setup our shuttle back to the airport. Our only regret is that we couldnt stay longer. From start to finish we had problems with this hotel. We had previously advised of the time that our train was arriving and advised we should be there before checkin closed at 8pm. We arrived at the building before 8pm but nobody was there. We tried the buzzer many times but no response. We had no phone reception so needed to walk down the street and eventually got hold of the owner, we were becoming worried as it was dark and were very concerned about being stranded without a room for the night. Eventually the owner arrived ,we were shown our room and the owner left. We settled in and then the guests next door arrived back and created so much noise. Previous reviews were correct when they said the walls were very thin! We heard everything! The noise carried on until around 2am. Never again would I stay here! Nice rooms but not a great service and there is a definite need for some soundproofing!

Owner met us at the property. Was very nice. Room was clean and well kept. Shared common area was also clean and well kept. Close proximity to night life.

Dommage pour les evacuations dans la salle de bain...refoullement, douche qui secoule difficilement...cloisons on entend les voisins. Pas de petit dejeuner juste cafe ou the a faire a la bouilloite mais tres appreciable tout de meme. Autrement la chambre est agreable bonne literie menage parfait linge de toilette changer tous les jours. Endroit agreable pour visiter Rome var bien place. Je recommande si je devais retourner sur Rome je me rendrai dans cette etablissement et le conseil aux voyageurs qui viennent visiter Rome car tres bon rapport qualite prix.

Buena ubicación y genial entrar en un portal y no en un hotel . La única pega que pondría es que el desayuno, que es en un bar muy cerca y bueno, tiene un personal muy antipático. Almenos con los que venimos de allì. Parece que no lo vayan a cobrar.

Das Zimmer befindet sich in idealer Lage für eine Sightseeing Aufenthalt in Rom. Es handelt sich bei dem Hotel um ein kleines Apartment mit wenigen Zimmern. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und direkt mit einem Stadtplan ausgestattet. Tipps zum Aufenthalt gab es direkt kostenlos dazu. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, für uns war es aber völlig ausreichend und es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Durch den Blick in den Hinterhof ist es schön ruhig. Das kontinentale Frühstück bestand (anders als von uns erwartet) aus einem Gutschein für ein kleines Cafe ca. 200m die Straße hinunter. Dort konnte man sich ein Getränk und ein Croissant aussuchen. Wir würden aufgrund der guten Lage, des Freundlichen Personals und der absolut ausreichenden Ausstattung auf jeden Fall erneut buchen! :)
