Pauline's Apartments Aruba

Owner was very responsive, property was as expected. Clean, friendly and great location, would return.

The vegetation around the condo is beautiful. It is a lower cost apartment with an Aruban home feel. The pool is tiny and did not look that clean so we did not use it. The location was close enough to walk to town but there is a dangerous stretch without lights where cars drive too fast so renting a car is imperative. The apartment was cleaned well daily but the sheets need to be upgraded. There is still no full length mirror which was a complaint from 2018. There were plumbing issues in our unit as the water leaked into the rest of the bathroom from the shower. Our refrigerator was very noisy, sounded like the compressor was going so we did not really use it as we would in an updated apartment. We booked our second half of our vacation in a more upgraded apartment with in suite laundry and by comparison it was a much better option at not much greater cost.

This apartment was very comfortable as it had a lot of space so my family wasn’t constantly on top of each other. There is a sitting area and a full kitchen with table to eat at so we were able to have breakfast every morning before we headed out. Be aware that this apartment is not on the beach BUT it is a short walk and to be honest, it’s not that bad. I would say 3/4 of a mile at most. Our 9 year old had no problem at all. Stephan communicated with us constantly both before and during our stay and was very flexible with us since we didn’t have a set time of arrival. The apparently has a iron gate in addition to an alarm you can set so that you can feel your personal items are safe (yes there is a safe too). I recommend this for anyone who wants to have a budget friendly trip to the island, but also stay in a clean comfortable and safe place. They even helped schedule a taxi both to the apartment and back to the airport! Such an easy stress free trip! Property manager Stephan was very welcoming, accommodating and responsive. Housekeeping, especially Paola was very friendly and extremely helpful

I enjoyed being close to the beach without all of the human congestion and the ability to use a Kitchenette and relax in the hammocks

The owner greeted us when we arrived, giving a personal touch to the business he is running. Staff is friendly and the place is maintained cleaned. I did enjoy my morning coffee on the porch. Definitely would recommend the place.

We had a great time at Pauline's. Stephan arranged for a transfer from the airport and was there to meet us at the apartment to check-in. The apartment was very big and clean. It is perfect for a clean place to stay especially when you are going to be out enjoying all the things Aruba has to offer alll day!

Liked the space in the apartments. Also the place to sit outside .

We rented the house on this property and it was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. Check in with Patrick was great. We had an electrical outage in the area and he was readily available and drove the 25-minute drive to bring us candles. So sweet! Communication with owner was great as well. The staff on property was super friendly and nice. I will definitely be back! 🙂
