MOOo Downtown

My family and I booked a stay at the MOOo hotel in downtown Prague and were received by Max who took fantastic care of us. The property was georgous and within walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. The hotel gave us a designated parking space which was awesome because parking is horrible in Prague. Max was so helpful, courteous and professional. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Great apartment. Staff were friendly and the location was quiet and about 10 min walk from the main attractions.

MY HUSBAND AND I DECIDED TO GO TO PRAGUE FOR CHRISTMAS BECAUSE WE HAD ALWAYS HEARD THAT IT IS A MAGICAL PLACE. WE STAYED AT MOOO DOWNTOWN IN ONE OF THEIR 3 BEDROOM PENTHOUSES. IT WAS BREATH TAKING. NOT ONLY IS THE CITY BEAUTIFUL, BUT THIS HOTEL IN SPECIFIC THIS SUITE IS PHENOMENAL. EXTREMELY CLEAN, SPACIOUS, COMFORTABLE, AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF. WE REQUESTED A CHRISTMAS TREE AND THE HOTEL PROVIDED A REAL DECORATED TREE. MY GIRLS DID NOT MISS HOME AT ALL. THIS MADE OUR CHRISTMAS VERY SPECIAL.THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, SPECIALLY THE FRONT DESK ASSISTANT. A VERY SPECIAL GIRL THAT DOES ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, BUT WHILE OCCUPIED, STILL MANAGES TO MAKE EVERY CLIENT FEEL PRIORITIZED. SHE DEFINITELY MAKES THIS A BETTER PLACE TO STAY. ADDITIONALLY, THEY HAVE AVAILABLE SERVICES LIKE AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION AND BREAKFAST. LOCATION WAS WALKING DISTANCE TO MAIN TOURIST SPOTS ALSO. THE ONLY BAD THING WAS THAT THE MASTER ROOM HAD THE TV BROKEN AND THE STAFF WAS UNABLE TO FIX IT. MY HUSBAND LIKES TO WATCH TV AT BEDTIME, SO HE WAS A BIT UPSET. OVERALL GREAT PLACE TO STAY WITH THE FAMILY.

I booked the penthouse apartment for my family of 7 as a surprise and I was not disapointed. Amazing apartment, views, staff incredible and location perfect. My family loved it! We ate at vzatisi one night, an amazing fine dining restaurant. We also went to a local restaurant called Ufleck, which was recommended and it was fabulous, a 500 year old brewery...traditional food and wonderful beer! I cannot fault these apartments, the staff are the most helpful people I have ever dealt with. I will be using again. Thank you for making my family trip perfect.

Very modern, clean and In a great location. The staff were very helpful and friendly

Overall the hotel is good and we feel very comfortable during stay. However the sound insulation is not good. We feel very annoying when upper floor plays music loudly, in particular in the late evening.

Nice apartment! Clean and quiet. Though the hall way looks a bit worn out and to get up the stairs with luggages is a bit inconvenient.

Everything is good, but there are some mosquitoes in the kitchen

Brilliant location with a fresh and modern look was totally worth the money, very welcoming steadfastly even a few free beers in the fridge.

Really cool apt, super clean, modern, all mod cons with great staff in excellent location. Get parking with a car as otherwise it will be a challenge.
