Red Roof Inn Georgetown

I have stayed at this hotel more than a dozen times in the past year. The quality has really gone downhill. First, none of the staff ever wear a mask. See attached photo of manager yelling at me when I asked her to put on a mask (and despite sign right beside her stating that everybody must wear mask). None of the staff wear masks. Also, the quality of housekeeping has really declined. Rooms are clearly not sanitized between guests. Another reviewer mentioned bedbugs at this hotel and based on my own observations I believe it. As a physician I will no longer stay here as I am concerned about my health.

Usally good but upset razors left in tube

Staff was extremely friendly, hotel was right off highway so made it easy to get right back on highway to complete my trip. Room was clean, comfortable bed. Hotel was pet friendly as well.

Very good quality and affordabilty. Clean, quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Close to Louisville, KY. Loved our room, clean and cozy. Plenty of parking. Nice covered picnic area out back of hotel. Great little gas & convenience store across the street that had a grill and served delicious hot food made to order.

Extremely Clean nice Hotel Extremely clean Hotel, Very Quiet

Took an hour to check in (not exagerrating) because they had us down for 1 room but we reserved 2. Even though i showed clerk our reservation he said thats not what he showed. And our reservation agent couldnt reach hotel because their phones were down. Finally got into our rooms at 130am. Kids were exhausted after 8 hour road trip and so were.we. Maybe the smell of mj smoke was thr reason they kicked out peoole nextdoor. Lastly, no breakfast due to covid oh and the light switch in bathroom didnt work. )smell mj smoke in the air

This was our second time staying here. We like that it is close to everything we need when visiting family in the area. Another plus is we can bring our dog without paying an arm and a leg. Everything was clean but took had an "off" smell. I have severe asthma so we checked filter on the air conditioner and it needed clean. So we did that and smell went away. We will definitely use it shain

Everyone at the RRI was very accommodating, polite, and helpful. This is my third visit and I will return again whenever in this area and would recommend it to anyone I know who was looking for a place to stay in this vicinity.
