Hotel Des Arts - The Noble

This’s hotel made me crazy because of the great service!! They cared about my luggage when we checkout I take a walk bought some souvenirs.

Best place to stay in heart of Old quarter for an absolute reasonable room rate. We were supposed to have a long holiday but due to unexpected circumstance, we had to shorten our trip. We found this hotel a day before heading home. Perfect hotel staff, amazing breakfast, room views to main street and very quiet.

Efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff at reception, bellhop, restaudant, spa. Great breakfast with plenty of options. Clesn. Safe. Walkable.

Best bed of our whole trip to Vietnam, Phuket & Singapore.

Staffs are friendly and informative. Location is excellent, closes to everything.

I booked a non smoking room. And got a smoking room with heavy smell good spray. Hotel wasn’t hotel des art, name was completely different. Water pressure was weak and probably had calcium collection, water was on and off. Towels had holes and feels like sand paper. Staff were nice, but it was the most uncomfortable stay. There were stain on the bed sheets. I couldn’t sleep all night. I couldn’t wait to check out. They did try to offer me another room, but I was so disappointed that they didn’t even get it right the first time. I flew a long flight to ha noi, getting in late. But already communicated with the hotel staff what I wanted. I don’t want my time to be inconvenient trying to relocate to another mediocre room. Will not stay here ever again.

Although the staff at the Hotel Des Arts were incredible the room was rather disappointing. We had to change from the room we originally booked as it smelled of sewage. The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating and booked us into another room with no hesitation. That being said, our second room had a musty smell but was fine to stay in for the night. The rooms, bedding and towels were clean but everything felt a little worse for wear.

Staff were great. I did complain about the condition of the ceiling in my room and they were very apologetic. It was a recent problem and because of the holiday they could not repair it. My compensation was a free transfer. Room service food good but the wine had been badly stored and the glasses were dirty.

Good value property. Great location, walking distance of many great places. Excellent staff.
