Hotel MS Ciudad Jardín Plus

Good hotel in general. Good service. Noisy sometimes. Not all of them have windows outside (including expensive ones). There are no irons in the rooms.

did not like anything about the property. I felt deceived by it. we could not get 2 room keys, breakfast was awful . rooms were not clean, they would give us one day 2 towels another day 1 we had to go find a made to get a second towel.

The hotel is good and well located but during the check out when I requested the invoice the person at the reception didn’t want to give me the invoice saying that the invoice was a responsibility of Expedia in a mockery tone and refused to give my invoice, his name was Sebastian Aguirre, after saying to him many times that in Colombia it is mandatory to give the invoice with the VAT included by the law then I got my invoice, this is the first time that something like this happened to me and makes me think that this hotel is avoiding taxes

Breakfast is great . Very good service and the room was sparkling clean . Tip : go to the local supermarket close by and buy your own water ,soda , beer and snacks . They have that in the room too but a bit expensive . The room has a fridge which is really handy

The hotel is beautiful, quiet place, fantastic breakfast and very kind staff. For the price is the best you can get in Ciudad Jardín area. I would recommend this hotel 100% specially if you want to have a unbeatable included breakfast. The minor drawback is the parking since it doesn’t has a full parking lot other than a parking bay, but you can always use the MS Premium parking lot that is a couple of blocks away.

The hotel is well centrally located, super friendly staff. Only issue we had was that the area kept losing power. The hotel had generator however not for the whole hotel. Regretfully the generator didn’t reach my room on the 4th floor. The room was comfortable, and i even arrived before check in time and they could accomodate me. This MS hotel also has a MS premium a little bit further up the street and they offer a superb massage. Paola was great!
