This hotel it’s old but it’s clean very close for amenities central ADO is only 2 blocks Scotiabank it’s only 6 mts many restaurant close

  I made a mistake in booking and now the hotel has refused to return the extra money - US$167(MX$3162). I have been double charged for my room. I have stayed in this hotel 6 or 7 times since 2014 and I would have expected them to be more flexible about rules. But it seems MONEY/GREED is number 1 to them. This is a budget hotel and I have put up with less than ideal conditions. When I checked in this time there was not hot water for the first 24 hours. The deal clerk said it was broken and had no idea when it would be fixed. Always MANAÑA! When the hot water works I have to run the shower about 15 minutes for hot water. And, I won’t elaborate on the black MOLD in the bathrooms.  The free WiFi in public areas means something I have to walk to the other end of the building or go to a different floor. Sometimes standing next to a router it is slower than dial up connection. And the NOISE at night! There is a open air bar in hotel entrance where the music probably can heard over in the hotel zone till 5AM! If you want cheap and inconvenience, this is the place for you.

I am being double charged for my room, and management is not ataking calls from Hotels.com to straighten this out.

Le service de nettoyage de la chambre ne s'est jamais fait aux mêmes heures. Les premiers jours ils cognaient à la porte à 18h pour le nettoyage. Un peu trop tard selon moi. Après avoir avisé de passer plus tôt, aucun autre problème par la suite. J'y suis resté 23 nuits. Très belle petite terasse avec lumières suspendues, pour une belle ambiance de fin de soirée. Très bruyant, mais ceci est du aux autres clients irrespectueux qui étaient présents. Localisation parfaite. Proche de la station de Bus ADO. Je recommande à tous d'aller sur la rue Nader, juste derrière. Une belle rue avec pleins de resto à découvrir, sushi, pokebowl, mexicain, café, italien. À 5 min de marche il y a une buanderie publique pour laver le linge.
