AWA Koh Chang

It’s a beautiful hotel ,rooms are big , food is good ,location is great if you want to do nothing. Outside there are quite a few places to eat or have a massage but that’s it and most are closed during the day . The only thing I hated was the lightning in the bathroom, it was so dark I couldn’t shave confidently .

Amazing design, delicious breakfast with good choice, friendly and professional stuff. Big rooms with very comfy beds and cozy balcony. Only one bad thing that there is lack of beds by the pool and you must to wake up early in order to save a place for you near the pool

So amazing! From the first time we walked through the door to the end of our stay it was an amazing experience! The room is fantastic, especially for the price. Beautiful balcony with a lounge bed on it as well as a really nice sized bathroom. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful during the entire duration of the visit. I cant recommend this place enough!

Excellent service, caring and accommodating staff, clean, spacious, rooms with lots of light and breeze, lovely location by the sea. No sandy beachfront but overall still enjoyable--the pool was great, although not enough sunbeds, always 'reserved' with towels by western tourists (but understandably because it was peak holiday season) There was a miscommunication between hotels.com and the hotel about our new year's gala dinner which was supposed to be included in our overall price. But in the end both sides solved it professionally, included us in the dinner and gave us generous compensation, which was very much appreciated. Special thanks to Khun Ka-fae the assistant manager for this!

Service is inconsistent. We had booked 2 rooms. When our luggage was delivered, the porter told my teenage daughter to sort and carry the bags into the correct rooms, despite our request and tip to have him bring the bags into the different rooms. This was totally unacceptable. However, the restaurant staff were very accommodating.

AWA is nicely designed with friendly staff. Everything is easy to access and relaxing. The only thing I would complain about is the hot water being a bit unstable. Wish this could be improved. Definitely on top of my list if going back to Koh Chang!

Nice resort in a good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Infrastructure very mediocre, Water pressure insufficient and not enough hot water. The breakfast food was very basic. The food on Saturday night's dinner was very disappointing.
