Fellah Hotel

Far from the center of Marrakech, no shuttle, 180MAD private driver to reach the city, one way, it's a summer holidays party hotel, very quiet and not so well maintain in the low season. Horses are not fed well, too slim and sad. Library was not open at all times, supposedly open from 9am to 5pm. We booked a Deluxe room and surprise when we arrived, reception did not know about the booking and we got a room with no view, no welcome moroccan tea or even water, fruit basket you forget..no atmosphere, no intention to come back.

The view of the Atlas Mountains is spectacular, and the relaxed feel of the gardens and pool area is a welcome break from the chaos of marrakech. The staff are friendly and welcoming, even if there is sometimes a general feeling of disorganisation. The impression is shabbier than it was when we first visited 5 years ago, and our room window leaked badly during a torrential thunderstorm one night. That said, the staff kindly upgraded us for the final night of our stay to a very lovely large suite with a balcony, and we would return if we visit Morocco again.

The perfect family trip , with amazing views and friendly staff. The villa we stayed at was stunning , private pool gave us some family privacy . The kids really enjoyed their stay away from the noise of Marrakesh, with open gardens and fresh air .

I think as a solo female traveller the staff were great. Very friendly. Eager to help. Kriselda the Sales Manager made me feel really welcome and Moona the Guest Relations lady were extremely helpful. I had an issue on the first night and very swiftly this was resolved. I think those travelling should note that you will need to bring your own wash cloth and bottled water (if you're cheap like me) as these are not provided. I had a really nice stay. It was very relaxing. Some amenities that they keep under wraps if you don't ask is: A cinema! A pool room A communal kitchen (I legit found this when snooping) What I will say, for me and the 5*s I am used to, this wasn't it. But simply for the staff, service, Kriselda and Moona alone I would 100% stay there again.

Beautiful place. We were blown away when we arrived and the senior suite was absolutely stunning. The food was wonderful and they have a great selection of some of the best local wines. The overall aesthetic is very minimal and executed very effectively but does mean the pool area feels quite exposed - that plus the fact that the pool is unheated meant we were the only people who actually used it the whole time we were there. Overall, i’d highly recommend Fellah for a short stay.

Quiet place, cleaning services everyday, a little bit far from Medina but it's OK.

I chose to stay here while on business in Marrakech -Had to escape the city heat and congestion. Fellah is close to the city and just spectacular. The pool, the grounds, the architecture....goegeous. The staff, (especially Redouane at the reception) were also friendly and helpful. I was blown away by the most amazing library right on the property and child friendly activities. I will be back with my family in the future.

This hotel is not what it seams. The photos looks like a fun modern oasis but in reality it is like a creepy dude ranch in the middle of nowhere. Staff was nice enough but the hotel is still under construction, and feels like a frat house. There are huge villas which would be great for a drunken party, but empty and bizarre for any other purpose. Our view was of a dirt mound as our room was in the basement, the shower flooded everywhere, and the couch has mismatched cushions with burn marks. Pool area is filthy with drinks spilled and the towels had other peoples hair and stains on them. It seems like it could be a fun place, but unfortunately looks like funding issues which shows in the poor maintenance and quality. Garden pathways look newly planted but really bare and odd looking. Also, there are farm animals...so you'll hear a donkey hee haw'ing at 6am like we did...And taxi to the main center of Marrakech "Medina" is about $20 and 20 mins ride.... beware, would not recommend this to ANYONE.
