It's in good position close to what you would need. Staff were wonderful. Food there was very good and room cleaned every day

Poor condition hotel. Definitely not a 4 staff property. Staff were rude upon arrival (late night with kids) not accepting that we had a booking for 4 people and providing us with a room with 3 beds only. Changed rooms the following day and charged additional money. Others had the same problem with rooms provided upon checking in.

The one thing that comes to mind when I think about this hotel is average and that’s all really I have to say, nothing was brilliant but at the same time nothing was overly bad

I found the photos that they advertise very deceiving. Although all hotels put there best foot forward paragon took it too far. Maybe having more westernised options would be nice, just a thought. Maybe play some more upbeat music in restaurant. Get more options when it comes to alcohol. Haha.

simple and nice

I booked and paid Expedia by credit card $324 AUD for a deluxe room for 5 nights. When I arrived at the Paragon Hotel an hour later to check-in I was informed the last deluxe room had already been booked therefore unavailable, therefore I never checked in. I then booked somewhere else and left. That was August 19, 2019. Countless contacts with Expedia have been unsuccessful in requesting a rightful refund even though I am continually told the issue is being “escalated” to the appropriate team. I will never use Expedia again.

Good location! Away from all the craziness but still close enough. Buffet breakfast was good and staff were very helpful
