This hotel had a very good atmosphere and tge staff were very friendly

Check took too long i think but overall was ok..though they are required a 1000 baht deposit

Checked in past midnight at 2.30am Receptionist wasn’t welcoming at all Didn’t feel like I was a guest. Abrupt and rude. Then continue playing with his phone At 11am told the hotel reception that I was mistaken of the address of hotel. I thought it’s located near the city where Silom is and told them I booked 3 nights. I was intending to move hotel and they said anytime. I will only be charged for 1 night. I came back at 1.30pm from lunch and another receptionist said I will be charged for 2 nights and only 1 night reimbursed back to my account. How can I be in the hotel for less than 12 hours and I’m charged for 2 days stay? I battled with this and he said he has to check with his manager who was off duty. At the same time Consultant From Expedia was calling to verify and this issue dragged till 7pm unresolved. That forced me to leave, checkout and moved to the city without booking another hotel yet ... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Expedia should highly consider to breakaway the partnership with Marigold. The photos published was far from its facade in reality. It’s definitely a 2 Star standard

I have been coming to Marigold for last 3 years for my yearly visit to Samut Prakarn. It's location, convenient, condition, service & value of this hotel is Excellent! It's as I expected very friendly staffs. Best!!, in this area. I stay here 4-5 days at a time. I feel that I get more for my money.

Not the best in terms of location, quite a walk to the nearest Samrong BTS and crowded area. Hotel condition is good however there is an over-powering air-freshener in the entire hotel, especially in the room. Those with sensitive noses suggest to stay away!

Nice room and near a shopping mall.

Nice hotel. A good place to stay and convenient which near to BTS and shopping mall. It near my workplaces.

OMG it was filthy. We pulled back the blanket and there was pubic hair in the bed. And you could see the sheet was soiled. It was disgusting. We told the front desk about it he came up and brushed the sheet off with his hand and said he didn't know what he could do about it. He left and we waited for him to call and he never did. No suggestion of an upgrade or downgrade or a sideways move or another room or anything. It was disgusting. Don't go there.

Great stay, great value but it's not easy to find. Taxis have a hard time finding this place. Good parking fir customers. I will stay Here again.
