Lanta Topview Resort Sunset Bar Restaurant

The views at this hotel are unbeatable. It should be called the treehouse as you are literally sitting on a tree branch looking down the cliff to the beach or horizon. Beautiful view from both rooms we stayed in. We were initially given a newer room with king size bed but the hot water dispenser was broken so the super helpful staff came and tried to repair it but weren’t able to so they gave us a new room which was nice also but maybe a little older. The only thing was we changed from a king sized bed to a double bed and it was quite hard but nothing different from all other hotels we stayed at in Koh Lanta. Delicious fresh BBQ snapper for dinner and the best pina colada I’ve ever had (just ask for fresh pineapple, banana and coconut milk with a shot of rhum and you won’t regret it :). The staff was super accommodating with our included breakfast that we needed at 6:30am since we were leaving early the next day. 10 min walk to the best beach on the island. Definitely recommended!

Nice bungalows with AC and private bathrooms with hot shower. Food was ok - stick with the Thai stuff and it’s good. The staff there was very nice and helpful. Also, the location is GORGEOUS but be prepared to walk up and down a big hill if you don’t have a motorbike. Great location if you want to relax and be away from the swarms of people.

This was my favorite hotel out of the three I stayed on Koh Lanta. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent and they even had a nightly fire show! The rooms were clean and comfortable. And the VIEWS omg absolutely incredible at ever square inch of that hotel!!

- They didn’t know we should come. We did our booking in february, about one month before arrivel. - We askes of we could get a lunch in their restaurant. One of the staff said yes and the other one said no. We got our lunch somewhere else. - We asked about laundry. Same staff said yes and same staff said no. - We discovered during the evening that we had ants in both our beds. At this time no staff was left at the resort. We had made a four night booking, but we just stayed one night. We made a new booking at another hotel for the rest of the nights. The worst hotel ever...

Fanns oftast inget vatten i kranen/toan och det gick knappt få tag i nån som jobbade där, väldigt smutsigt och fullt med myggor.

Näköala oli ihana, mutta huoneessa oli homeiset ja likaiset tyynyt sekä lakanat. Henkilökunta oli loistava, mutta ei valitettasti korvaa huonoa kokemusta likaisesta, hämähäkin seittisestä huoneesta. Suihkussa oli iso reikä, josta vedet poistuivat suoraan bungan ulkopuolelle. En menisi enää uudestaan, ylihinnoiteltu pelkästään näköalan vuoksi.

Underbar utsikt från uteplatsen. Lång, lite kämpig backe för att ta sig från huvudvägen till boendet. Fick extra stort rum med två stora sängar. Dåligt tryck på vatten i duschen. Mycket apor i närheten.
